  I see only a Program files. This allows me to believe that your machine is 32-bit.

  First will not appear on a 32-bit computer. It must be a 64-bit computer.

  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  That you get error messages when Paintshop Pro does not open?
  What is a compatible version of Paintshop Pro with Windows 7? Click on here for a link to the Windows Compatibility Center 7
  If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.

  Use the following steps:

  (1) right click on the program

  2) click Properties

  3) click on the Compatibility tab

  (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

• Adobe first 9 does not open

  All of a sudden, I have problems with Adobe first 9. The Welcome screen opens, then when I click on "open a project"or"new project" it does not open. I used it a minute ago and it crashed and closed, then when I tried to open it again it didn't work anymore. I restarted my computer, but it will not always be open. I get no message of dysfunction, nothing, it does not open. The only place where I can go is in the Organizer.

  Can someone help me with this problem?

  What operating system runs your Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1? For now, I will assume to Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits.

  Have you looked at the problem with and without the antivirus and firewall disabled?

  If you really want to delete the settings file, then follow these steps

  Local disk C

  Users

  Owner

  The app data

  Roaming

  Adobe

  First Elements

  9.0

  and in the folder 9.0 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs (file) file that you delete. If it does not, you delete the whole 9.0 folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks active so that you can see the full quoted path.

  You confirm that you are running the program as the 9.0.1 update. If not, please download and install the 9.0.1 update from the following link Adobe rather than a project helps day Menu/set.

  Adobe Premiere Elements: For Windows: Premiere Elements 9.0.1 update

  Make sure that you run first Elements 9.0/9.0.1 and latest version of QuickTime from the account of a user with administrator privileges and that you also Run As Administrator applied to the Office for the program icon.

  If all else fails, do an another uninstall/reinstall, but this time

  a. Uninstall (the usual route of control panel)

  b. ccleaner Cross (regular parts cleaner and registry cleaner)

  c. reinstall with antivirus and firewall disabled

  In addition, if you are assured that your video graphics card is updated according to the manufacturer of the card, then delete the file BadDrivers.txt

  and in the folder 9.0 is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. A new BadDrivers.txt file will be generated when you reopen Premiere Elements, but now the problem will be gone. Same comment on folder in the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file Option.

• Adobe first pro does not present as an application installed creative cloud

  I'm not able to update adobe first pro CC 2015 to 2015.2 because the first pro app does not present as an application registered in creative cloud. It is not even appear as an application that I can download.

  I followed the instructions of the two links below, but niether resolved my problem. I even uninstalled all my applications adobe, including adobe creative cloud app, app cc restarted/re-booted and re-installed adobe and it still will not display the last premiere pro version to install. Cc Adobe shows that first pro 2014. Because I uninstalled first pro cc 2015 and it does not appear in the application of cc adobe, I can't install first pro so I'm stuck with no way to change my current projects.

  I have tried both of these solutions and niether worked:

  Apps Control Panel does not show installed Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application uninstalled Adobe apps as up-to-date lists

  my system configuration is:

  Windows 10 64

  AMD 8150

  16 GB of DDR 3 Ram

  AMD over-pants V7900

  120 GB SSD

  1 TB Raid 5

  Verification of case notes, I found the real solution so that others can see.

  1. Checked the compatibility mode of creative cloud. It can be set to the wrong operating system. If it is incompatible, you won't see the applications.
  2. Uncheck the box compatibility and revive CC Desktop App
  3. You should now see the applications

  If a program is not available for editing in the application manager this means normally the machine is not compatible with the program.

  Furthermore, on my laptop a Quadro 4000 M in no more recognized by first while it is Photoshop and after means.

• Excel files created on a MacBook Pro does not open on PC

  I created a large number of worksheets with the help of Office 365 for MAC on my MacBook Pro (OS X - El Capitan 10.11.6) and then transfer them to a computer that uses Office 2007.  Since week last I was able to open spreadsheets on my PC but I get a warning on the PC that said to check the file comes from a reliable source because that might have viruses that are dangerous for your PC.  I click Open anyway, and the file will open IF you do not see the data.  You do not see the cells.  However, you can see the number of cells and worksheet data in the Ribbon at the top of the screen.

  I tried:

  various parts and get the same problem.

  Reinstall Office 365 on my Mac and Office 2007 on the PC.  No change.

  Change the version of xlsx to an earlier version.  No change.

  I looked the preferences on my Mac to see if something has changed.  Nothing has changed.

  I have installed a new software

  I did not put up-to-date Office 365 or my Mac software

  Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should look on my MAC?  I posted questions about the Microsoft PC to see if there a problem with 365 I really dislike?  Help.  I have a spreadsheet that is massive, I don't want to have to recreate on a PC, simply because I can't open it.

  The problem is Office 2007 on PC. You must either 2010 or higher without converter. 2010 and more have an automatic converter for the most recent files, but 2007 will not work. Go to the Microsoft website and you should be able to find the converter here. When the college so I have to work changed in 2010, had to add a tag to our emails with a link to the converter for people using older versions of Office.

  After reading your post again, you should be able to save the spreadsheet as a version of Office 97-2003 and be able to open it in Office 2007, but if you still have difficulties, this add-on for Office 2007 must repair.

• Microsoft Surface Pro does not open in mode full screen without the toolbar on the right projection

  I created an interactive pdf designed for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, set to open full screen mode. Recently, I think I did something for the preferences settings and now whenever I open the file: (a) I get a warning that it will open in mode full screen (I just want it to open it without the warning); and (b) the toolbar is always right if the presentation is not really in the entire screen. Help, please.

  It's kind of like a dashboard on the right side. The tools that are available are 'tools to fill & sign' (exoanded to: add text, add Checkmark, initial Place, place of Signature). Showing also but not expanded not is 'Send or collect Signatures' and 'Working with certificates.'

  I have been a little more troubleshooting on mine, and now I'm fairly certain that the toolbar appears because the document contains few fields to fill. I removed these items and now the file is opened in mode full screen without the list toolbar.
