  Hello blackbass.  I understand that you are still having problems with your return back and enter keys.

  Initially, you said that the question was present when the Wi - Fi was on.  This means that when you turn on Wi - Fi the issue disappears?

  Has never carried out the restoration of the system as suggested above by Kyle_W?  This would help determine if the problem was a software issue or a hardware issue.  In this way, you don't have to open Notepad and replace the keyboard without being sure.  However, if you do not have a restore for some time point before the problem started, you should consider performing a recovery.  This brings back the laptop to factory conditions and rules with a certainty of 99% software problems.  However, all THE DATA that you are backing up before recovery will not be lost.

I don't know anything about the app to Canon, but have you looked into this app to see if the PDF file has been registered it? If that were the case, you can move the PDF file in another application by tapping on the share icon by selecting any application that appears in this window.

  I hope that they address it quickly.  It is painful to have discovered my renowned PDFs are to difficult to identify file names their given by their authors.
