fixed position

Hi I have a site where I would like to have an icon of 'delivery' of fixed position on the screen. Thus, it appears also when scrolling. This, however, should only appear on her pc not tablets and phones. Y at - there someone who can help you with this?

Hello

You can use the liquid inside a JS function to change the position of the element or modify your CSS.

The Globals variable has a device used by the visitor class attribute

For example

Have your default CSS with a fixed position on your discount element, then:

{% If globals.visitor.deviceClass is "desktop"-%}

{% endunless}

PS have not tested, but the idea is that the script appears in your HTML code if the device is not a desktop computer and change the position of your page rendering component. (be sure to include the snippet after the discount code element)

It may be useful

  • Fixed position Divs position correctly

    Hello

    I use Dreamweaver CS5 and trying to put a series of vignettes into a div using the fixed position method. They look great in Live View mode, but when the page is posted they move far to the left. Here is the page:

    www.acemon.com/features.html

    It looks pretty bad in Firefox and absolutely terrible in Internet Explorer.

    I added some background colors for various divs (partly to help locate them correctly) and I want to center the pictures in the green box. I am a relatively new user of Dreamweaver and spent about two hours trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

  • CSS "fixed" position question

    I use the CSS position: fixed; styling for my nav bar and I have problems with it.  Fixed is relative to the size of the browser, which is my problem, but I fixed need so that it remains in position when the page is scrolled.  I wanted the navigation bar to be at the center of my screen, I put on the left: 50%.  But what I've found, is that this starts the div nav at 50% and if the nav div is 500px wide and a laptop is 960px, then the navigation bar is not the case near the Center.  I tried left: 50%-250px; but he threw up.  Is it possible to combine the absolute and fixed values so that I can place the nav bar exactly where I want and always keep up, as the page scrolls?

    http://gtworkspace.com/septemberMisc/

    I don't know what I'm missing, but it does not seem to count how many div, I put this in, he always wants to go with the width of the page.

    Your structure is good, but instead of using the right: 0, remove and make margin-left: 460px;

  • Provide a fixed position on a long page indicator... How?

    I have a long page, all text which is divided by year. Each section is placed in a < div.minutes #2009 >; < div.minutes #2008 > etc. I would like to have some sort of back flow indicator as to what the user is in the article. I tried to do this by a tab as a png image and place it on the right side of the page... BUT... I have problems big tent to accomplish this or other solutions ...

    • Ideally I'd like 2009.png image to be placed in the bar of 20px wide on the right side of the page and stay in the same position as the screen scrolls with the content of < div.minutes #2009 >. Then to be replaced by the 2008.png as the content of this < div.minutes #2008 > is on screen etc.
    • or, an image placed each vertical ~ 600px move with the text... but positioned on the far right above the right sidebar of 20px.
    • or, give up my 20px wide bar, < div.maincontent > the entire width and do a column in each < div.minutes #xxxx > fake 20px then fill in this context with the appropriate *.png and repeat on y

    Is a fake site with my basic page layout to http://www.test.LSVs.ca/pages_linked/test_index1.php

    Can someone help / advise?

    Thank you for your time

    Maybe I'm missing something (I often do it), but if you use PHP pages for this, why aren't you going the full distance and put all your content in a MySql database?  Then with the help of PHP includes statements, you could fill pages dynamically with just minutes of the requested year.  The result of a single page for 2009.  Another page for 2008 result, etc...  You wouldn't need a section indicator.  The page header would make quite clear to everyone what section they are in.   Make sense?

  • Fixed position for Dock

    Hi guys,.

    I've included a Dock ( http://xs141.xs.to/xs141/09295/dock741.jpg for some reason any it now opens a video player for me) in an application and made it centered. However, I also want to put in a specific place because currently the Wharf when no option is selected in the selection list appears at the top. When it has been selected, it descends and changes according to the number of results. If I put the report to the 15 results per page, I would like to repair slot there for consistency. How can I do this? With a few coord x - y for the upper left point I guess, but what is the HTML code?

    Hi GERD,

    If you list your item in a DIV tag, you can then set attributes:
    position: absolute;
    high: 123;
    left: 456;
    against this point (preferably in css).

    Concerning

  • What is the e-mail form are looking for in the line of pre-fixed position Cc?

    A lot of forums, when they provide an email pro - forma, have 3 fields to fill out. In the middle of the three is the prefix of 'Cc', I don't know what that seeks, and put an end to all attempts to find out into dead ends unrelated to the query.
    'Cc' looking in its content

    Hi, if you want the email to go to an address, simply fill in the field.

    If you want a copy of the email to go to someone else as well, also provide their address in the CC (carbon copy) field - note that the original (in the field) recipient is notified that a copy has been sent to someone else.

    If you want to send a copy to someone else without knowing this about the original recipient, enter its address in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field.

    Hope that answers your question.

  • Missing icons in fixed positions

    Hello

    I have a dual sim Moto G 2nd generation phone, and I am facing a problem of user interface.

    If I replace any icon 'standard', after the reboot, the will is missing. Let me explain better: by default, it is the Chrome icon in the navigation at the bottom of the home screen. If I replace it with Firefox, when I restart the phone icon is missing.

    The same thing happens with other apps, too, please consult the attached images

    Any ideas on this subject?

    Only way is to use a 3rd party Launcher. I recommend the Nova Launcher. There
    completely stock and has many features.

  • Fixed position for a menu bar

    Allright, that I know you have probably already seen this issue before because I see a bunch others wondering the same thing to a lot of place, but couldn't find a post here. I want to keep my bar menu and stationary branding, as a still image, ABOVE and to the left of my web page. I know that I can do with frames, but I was wondering if possible to do with CSS or Dreamweaver. It seems that there are many problems with browsers not supporting it. Our page at

    Any ideas? We just stick with frames?

  • How to add a field to a position fixed in Blackberry?

    I'm curious to see if it is possible to display a field in a fixed position on the screen and at the bottom most layer if another Manager or field painted on it, except the bottom of the screen. As if this field is added to the background of the screen, but will appear above the actual background that can be set using Screen.setBackground (). Are there any specific manager who can achieve this? Or a combination of them? As far as I can see there may be overlaps between the Manager of the layouts. Is this true?

    Almost impossible to achieve with BlackBerry built-in managers (not sure about AbsoluteFieldManager, available since 6.0.0 API). You can write your own handler, but be prepared for a difficult journey.

    You can try looking for LWUIT - it does not have this concept, I don't know if it's quite ready for BlackBerry.

  • not pulling - click event button position: fixed - 2.0 Playbook

    I have a fixed position "back" button in my application that triggers not when scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

    Here is the code for the button:

    When I scroll the screen to the top, the button triggers without problem. However, if the screen scrolls down at all, the button's click event will not occur.

    I've traced the events Web Inspector and a click event fires when I click the button. However, it does not actually draw the method that I've linked to the click event of the button. Once again, if I scroll the screen to the top, the button click fires very well.

    I must emphasize that the button is displayed correctly at all times. He remains in a fixed position of 5px to the right side of the screen, even when scrolling of the window down. If the button is visible at any time. It's just that when I scroll nothing happens if I click on the button.

    Looks like a bug with WebWorks. If anyone can confirm?

    Thank you

    Thanks for the suggestion ignites.

    I found that this was due to my own bug. It was a problem with z-index. I increased the z-index of the button, and it solved the problem. The button must have been in conflict with lowest elements of the page, but it was very well at the top of the page.

    Thank you

  • Fixed toolbar Position

    Hello world

    I know of this post (and my personal tests) which sets the position of the elements have problems when you scroll the page about widgets.

    Everyone came up with a workaround for this?

    I really want to do a toolbar fixed for my widget, advice?

    I m currently targeting devices with OS 5.x (Bold 9000, 9700, Curve 8900)

    | Fixed toolbar |

    ---------------------

    scrolleable

    content

    ---------------------

    Thank you.

    Hi master,

    An easy to use view fixed toolbar position really should not be used with the only Trackpad devices, but rather really only with contact devices.   Basically because you will never be able to get the focus on the buttons at the top of the screen until you scroll to the top anyway.  Then they essentially take up screen real estate while you are scrolling without being able to interact with them.

    As part of the widget because it is located, you are browsing content within frameset so your options for a fixed toolbar really are only availble for a touchscreen device.

    The best way to create a toolbar fixed position is to create a frameset with the Chief Executive being your toolbar.
