  I imported an animation Flash 8 swf file which works fine in Dreamweaver 8 times using the play button or the preview in any browser. After you download the files on the site, none of the browsers seem to even know it's there.

  Nevermind, I found the answer myself.
  For some reason any DW writes the Scripts folder in the wrong directory. When I moved it to the root directory, that has worked on the web.

  Once loaded, you can tell if it is an AVM1 movie or not, i.e.

  trace(loader.content is AVM1Movie);

  Only accept FLV files to 40 KB? Ouch... Well, I'll tell you this, I never work on ads or banners, etc., so I don't have to deal with these strict file size settings. But, when it comes to video, you have only one option to reduce the size of the file: Compress compress compress.

  You must choose a very low flow (aka the flow) of your FLV video file when you compress the MOV file. And, probably, it will make it look pretty crumby... You need to define your data until the absolute minimum setting rate.

  Data rate is the measure in Kbps (kilobits per second), such as 700 Kbps (a rate of data current, typical for video which is suitable for high speed Internet).

  Either way, I find rather strange they need for a video file, from a simple Flash SWF animation, small (which is more to do with my banner / bandwidth limit not taken conscience than anythings, however). It makes your job a little more difficult and adds seemingly useless measures... They really demand that all THE animations of the banner of the video and not the Flash SWF animations? Make sure that you know 100% what their specs are AND also ask to see other examples of ad banner you can see the evidence that the other animations have received tot hem with the same specifications. I can't believe that a video file will be<>

  Familiarize themselves with the help of Adobe Media Encoder. If you are not comfortable using it, simply search online tutorials on this subject, which won't be easy to find.

  See the image as an attachment. I did a 60 image SWF animation (30 frames per second, duration total only 2 seconds) of a busy area at top left to stage right, less than 300 x 200 (per your spec) size. Nothing Basic, simple, crazy. Flash, I exported the MOV file and introduced the present in Adobe Media Encoder CS5. Definition of the new video to FLV format and affecting the data rate 5 (crazy low setting). The file size came down to ~ 110 KB.

  You may need to do your own research for such a model, but you should be able to convert a version of the image in a swf without too much modification version.  If you load them dynamically files use the same commands.  You may simply hide the display area of the swf file as their stadiums will not define their boundariies when they are loaded into another swf.

  If incorporation you mean you want to import the file into the library of another file, then this isn't a viable solution... without worrying that AS2 and AS3 can be mixed in the same file, when you import a swf you lose all the ActionScript inside.  As mentioned in kGlad, you can load an AS2 file during execution... use the Loader class to do this.

  Hi Reggi,

  You can open the image in a browser and take a snapshot of it. Simulate key down event (Alt + print).

• Google Chrome (Dev channel) using the old version of Adobe Flash Player

  Hi all

  I hope this isn't a stupid question. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem regarding the browser Google Chrome Dev (Version 45.0.2438.3 dev - m (64 bit)) using an old version of Flash Player? Here are the details from the Plugins page. I have 18.0.0.205 beta installed (by ActiveX, NPAPI, PPAPI) However, these are the versions of 32-bit. Chrome will not give me access to any other plugin for flash player other than what is shown below. As far as I know the latest public version of the Chrome browser is 18.0.0.203?

  There the stand-alone installers for 64-bit flash players, because I have not met one of these? Not sure if Chrome doesn't is more pick up these plugins being installed because of this be a later version of the channel dev, or be a 64 bit version now. Thank you in advance for any input.

  Yes, you can insert a shockwave Flash video with extension as .swf in Captivate.

  If you want to import a flash Shockwave (.swf) object you click Insert > Animation.

  You might have missed the most obvious...  Based on the encoding of the page, there should be a file in Flash at the following ADDRESS, but a link to it gives page not found...

  I can't say that's the problem with certainty because you have not indicated what is the Flash file.

  Some policies of the latest version of Adobe Flash are terrible.  They are almost unreadable.

  Take a look at the own fonts in the Adobe site: (can you read what version or operating system or browser?)

  

  I have other sites where fonts are readable, but they are still very bad.

  I found a solution. The problem really is with Google Chrome v 25. ???  To operate properly, you will need to go to chrome://plugins/ and 'activate' the pepflashplayer.dll.

  I had to click on the link "+ detail" on the far right, on the plugins header toolbar.  This will open a part hidden to the Flash drive and you can then activate this .dll.  He looks a bit like this:
