Flash Player 13.0.0.206 install 13.0.0.182
Hello
We try to test and distribute the latest version of Flash Player, however after receiving my confirmation email from Adobe with the license to distribute, the link is here actually installs 13.0.0.182.
This machine previously had version 12.0.0.44 installed, and uninstall flash was used to remove before installing the 13.
Could someone please advise how I can get the latest version of the redistributable, so we can patch our customers.
Kind regards.
Very often happens when an older version of the MSI is being cached somewhere on your company servers.
The install_flash_player_13_active_x.msi that I just downloaded has a Digital Signature from April 22, which is the version 13.0.0.206.

Hello-
One day I noticed that there is an icon on my MacBook Pro to Adobe Flash on the bottom of the system of preferences. I have never seen this, and I had ben using Flash for a long time and be updated regularly.
He recently told me that there is a newer version. I have it did not install it because I have so many problems with the display of Flash video on Web sites. I have a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 10.6.8. I use Safari 5.1.5 later, AFAIK.
By using this automatic update for Flash (there are actually several tabs when I click on the Adobe not only the Update icon) in the Advanced tab of the Flash Player icon is there special things I need to do if I click Yes updated? should I close all the windows, applications, Safari? do a restart? I'm debating if I should do a clean install, wipe all Flash Player on Mac and simply install the latest version rather then let update install the latest version, I think it's 11.2.202.228. I currently have 11.1.102.64 with a bunch of graphical issues.
Thanks for any help.

It's really weird. Maybe I'm missing something. I installed the new version of Flash Player, 15.0.0.223 and installed it correctly, but the uninstall program does not remove the 13.0.0.206 version. I tried to uninstall manually and it worked only on the local computer, but when a user logs in the field it shows that it is installed. When I log in as a user after giving them local administrator rights, I still can't it uninstalled. In fact it comes up with a dialog box telling me that I need administrator rights to uninstall. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have an answer for this? I'm stuck.
My understanding is that the '5' here is an error code indicating that the uninstall program had no permission to delete these files.
0003 [W] 00001015 C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil64_15_0_0_189_ActiveX.dll 5
0004 [W] 00001015 C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil64_15_0_0_189_ActiveX.dll 5
0005 [W] 00001015 C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil64_15_0_0_189_ActiveX.exe 5
0006 [W] 00001015 C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil64_15_0_0_189_ActiveX.exe 5
If you have downloaded and run the latest installer available, then it is probably that the registry keys associated with Flash have been corrupt.
Uninstall Flash Player | Windows
You can certainly try blowing C:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\ and then try uninstalling/reinstalling, but I think you'll always see these registry entries.
You can try to remove them from regedit, but I think that you will probably get permission denied, even with admin rights:
\Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia
Of course, any good advice on backup, by defining the restore points and you take your data and/or the stability of the system in your own hands is in effect when editing the registry.

Hello Gordon,.
It seems that you have only installed Flash Player in Internet Explorer but not in Firefox. This is why the Adobe site now offers to allow you to download FlashPlayer * here * to install on Firefox, you should now do, you use the Firefox browser. -

Hello
What happens when it install Adobe Flash player?
Method 1: Uninstall Java completely, then reinstall.
Check out the link to uninstall and install Java below: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Install-Java-in-Internet-Explorer
Method 2: Error code 1606 is usually the Install Shield error code, which indicates that an action failed during the installation process.
Download and install Setup offline official website of Java:

Some of your registry keys are either corrupt or have insufficient permissions. See this article how to fix this http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/494/cpsid_49419.html

Installation of flash player on Mac - unable to install
This has been long that I can not update my flash drive. Could someone please help.
I use a Mac and this problem bothered me before Yosemite.
When I tried to download the dmg to update my Flash Player - about 75% of the installation progress bar - he says not able to proceed with the installation.
I tried to uninstall the flash player with the uninstall utility, and there is no help.
Now I'm stuck - I uninstalled Flash player and there is no Flash drive on my computer. What can I do?
I had the same problem. Later, I found a post that says use this link: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/4783/adobe-flash-player/download
It's worked for me. Good luck.

Hi again Jay,
Flash files that are in the SysWOW64 location, these files should be there, but more comprehensive information should be listed.
Could you post back the full info on the file Flash .ocx, .dll & the .exe? Otherwise, I don't know what version you have.
Also, go to tools, manage addons and look for Shockwave Flash Object. What version is it and turned on?
This is important because they consist of Flash Player. I didn't need any Setup log info, so please do not post that.
Thank you

Flash Player 10.1 will not install
I use Mozilla Firefox 3.6.1 on Windows Vista, and Flash 10.1 will not be installed.
I downloaded the installer, but after I click the conditions button I accept, it is said that it can not install following contradictory demands: Mozilla Firefox. He says this even when Firefox is not open, then, what do I do?
Also - assuming you use Windows - check with Manager tasks (processes tab) running Firefox is indeed not somewhere in the background.
