Flash player not working do not AT ALL

Good so I'll start by saying that I have to go to school for computer repair so I tried everything my little brain would think to solve my problem myself. Then I scoured google and other forums to see if there is a similar question to mine. I could find none. So here I am...

My problem is that no matter what I flash drive just does not work...

I uninstalled and reinstalled.

I uninstalled and reinstalled my browsers.

Searched the registry but could not find any file/input for flash anywhere...

But my computer recognizes it as being installed in programs and features, however...

I tried restoring the system as far as I could go, but no change...

Short of reformatting (what I can do...) which is a last resort, is there advice that you guys might have?

I'm sorry that you use in this.  You can type "subject: support ' and ' everything: plugins" in the Firefox address field and paste the contents of two pages in a response?

This problem just started happening?  East - limited to just Firefox or have you seen this happen with IE or Chrome?  If it's just Firefox, you can start to run through the steps of troubleshooting listed in this FAQ:

How to solve the safe_mode of Flash Player for Firefox?

Thank you
Chris

    This person also had Vista.

Happy that you used the MMFA, great program!

Also you didn't mention it, but some people are using the system restore which should not be done. It does not remove a Virus.

I hope it works for you,

First of all, try to enable Active Scripting in the areas of Sites Internet Options, security settings, trust.

You should also add a corrupted on.

    Click Start, type: Internet Options

    Press enter

    Select the "Advanced" tab

Under reset Internet Explorer settings, click "reset".

This should restore the Internet Explorer default settings.

  • FLASH PLAYER 11 WORKS DO NOT AT ALL

Cannot use Flash Player at all today, 01/01/2011.  Tried to download it again from the adobe site, he says that the installation is complete, the large 'F' does NOT turn as it does when the installation is successful.

I see many complaints in the last hours 13 other people aren't able to use Flash Player either.

Have no problems prior use, using Winxp PRO with IE8, have the latest version installed, shows in Add/Remove programs.  I have a Flash icon in the Panel also and can enter without problems and checked all that, nothing in the store in the countryside.

This is a virus of the day.  There was Ms. Updates published on 13/12/2011, having said that there are vulnerabilities using Active X, but I was able to use Flash Player very well 2 days ago.  Yesterday afternoon, I was not able to see some of my sound videos, he says to download Flash Player, clicked on it, looked like he was trying to intall, it ended.  Went WAA, get Adobe's site to download Adobe Flash Player and reinstall it again, but also get time-out errors.  If so many people have problems with Flash Player, which would make sense, everyone trying to reinstall Flash Player.

Reinstall of Flash Player, says he succeeded, but the big 'F' does not turn as it does always once installation is complete.

Noticed a problem with a sound video yesterday, impossible to read anything of You Tube, said to install Flash Player.

Is this a virus that no one knows yet?

  • 12 Firefox flash player not working not not with Facebook video

Use Firefox 12, more recent flash player 32-bit - embedded video does not work on Facebook. I tried another computer with XP SP3, completely deleted firefox, flash, started in safe mode with Add ons disabled, even created a new profile with no addons in all and nothing seems to fix the problem. Video plays well in Internet Explorer. That said, YouTube works fine so I don't think it's a problem flash "only". (I have a right click on the video to make sure that the flash was to play the video and not html 5)

Starting from 07/06/12 @ 07:55 Eastern video works. It's funny, 15 minutes ago he was not! That said, I am now using Firefox 13 but the problem with Facebook's video seems to be intermittent and is therefore probably at their end.

  • Update.app flash player not working not dmg

I had a command prompt of Safari to say I had to update my Adobe Flash Player, so I followed the instructions and downloaded the dmg file https://get3.Adobe.com/flashplayer/download/... . Then I opened the dmg, opened the App Installer... and nothing happened.

Please will put you a file works and do it quickly. BTW, I'm in the United Kingdom.

    MacBook Pro (2012), OS X El Capitan v. 10.11.5

    Safari v. 9.1.1 (11601.6.17)

    Download file: AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg

    He was selected.

Now, I managed to complete the update. I decided that the BONE was tired, so I closed, he gave one minute of rest and started from scratch again. Then, above all, but loading startup programs and Safari, I loaded the dmg, you click on Setup, and everything went as usual. So, if you come across that once again, suggest that the customer makes a complete stop and restart.

Another thing, you may want to take note of is that whenever I made an update I clicked on the button "Allow Adobe install updates", as requested in the preliminary phases of the update. When you prompted me to go to the system preferences, I checked Flash Player preferences and said she had the button "tell me to install updates" selected. I've now changed to "Allow Adobe to install updates". I hope that now the updates will be installed without me having to help them! You can change the text at this preliminary stage to suggest people check their SysPrefs is also set to the recommended selection.

Thanks for your help. He can't look as if you provided the solution, but your comments helped me to find the solution.

  • Flash Player not working not not on any browser. (Video keep loading forever)

    Hi all!

I've had problems with my Flash drive for about a week now and I can't seem to find a solution that works.

I don't know when was the last update, but I assume that could have caused my problems somehow. He used to work correctly before.

I now have the Adobe Flash Player version 16.0.0.235

The browser I use is: Google Chrome.
    I use Windows x 64 8.

I also tried Firefox and Internet Explorer to see if I can watch video is here, but they don't work there either. The video just keep loading no matter what I do.

Oddly today a video has suddenly started playing herself after... a 5 minutes. But when I tried to watch other videos after this happens, it doesn't seem to work.
The first day I installed Firefox I could watch without any problems, as well the video. But after that, it does more either. He worked for a single day.

YouTube video work of properly, however. Then make Facebook games, GIF and others.

I can only watch on other video sites. (For example: AnimeHaven) My friends have no problems watching these videos.

I have no idea what could be the cause of these problems and I hope someone can help me solve this problem.

I tried everything I could find on the internet so far.

Yes, it is probably not a driver thing.  If you don't have not already restarted it, certainly do.  Perhaps is that graphics hardware is in poor condition.

The last thing we delivered was December 9, so he didn't like Flash Player changed.  If these symptoms just started recently, it seems unlikely that a recent change in Flash is the cause.  It is possible that Chrome could have pushed a change since then, but I talked to guys Chrome yesterday and they have said nothing about a problem of widespread video playback.  They have really excellent telemetry, so that they usually quite quickly when things break.

Maybe it's your installation of Chrome is somewhat damaged, and you could do a complete uninstall/reinstall of Chrome to see if the problem goes away.  Alternatively, you can disable hardware acceleration in Chrome itself (it is under preferences > advanced > system > use hardware acceleration if it is available) to see if that helps.

Is isolated in a video or video sites/site?  In Internet Explorer or Firefox (they are both significantly different copies of Flash Player, which would be an interesting data point)?

This generic guidance covers most of the issues I see Win8 and IE11

First of all, check that the ActiveX filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

    https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/867968

Internet Explorer 11 introduced a number of changes both in the way the browser is identified with remote web servers, and how it treats JavaScript for behavior targets specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the provider of content changes their site to conform to the new approach to development required by the modern versions of IE.

You can try to work around these problems by using the compatibility view:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/use-compatibility-view#IE=ie-11

If it's too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a better alternative.

  • FLASH PLAYER 11 WORKS DO NOT?

I've been posting the photos on eBay for a long period - all of a sudden their site tells me that I don't have a version of flash player up tp to allow me to do. However I double checked and uninstalled and

re-installed and still, I get the same message.

I'm doing something wrong? What Miss me?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

You have disabled JavaScript or blocker complementary modules?  If you have IE9, check the FAQ (click on Adobe Community > Flash Player at the top of this page) for information about how to disable ActiveX filtering.

Some basic information about your configuration would be useful.  This is my generic answer, but should give you an idea to see if it is just Ebay or and contribute to guide us forward for help that you are troubleshooting.

    Basic troubleshooting information

To help out we will need the following system information:

    -Operating system

    -Browser

    -Flash Player version - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

The first step is to work through the troubleshooting guide video for your operating system, here:

    -Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html

    -Mac - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.htm

When reporting problems with video or audio, it is also helpful get your system hardware and driver details.  To find this information can be found here:

    -Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_For_Windows_users

    -Mac - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_For_Mac_OS_users

Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player.  I recommend that you try the links below to see how they play.  If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit because the HTML5 video link doesn't use Flash Player during playback.  You can check this by clicking on the HTML5 video and look for the words "On HTML5" at the bottom of the menu.

    -HTML5 video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTl3U6aSd2w&html5=True

    -Non-HTML5 video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTl3U6aSd2w
