  It is a specific pill that does not work, it is the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 this is due to the tablet with an Intel processor. Adobe Flash Player was built only for the ARM processors.

  The RCA table runs the Android operating system.  Flash Player is not supported on Android OS.  You can either install an older version unsecured (not recommended, but if you Google it you'll find instructions).  An alternative is to use the browser of Puffin (Puffin browser - fastest mobile browser with Flash support on iPad, iPhone and Android cloud.)
