Flex how to restrict devices Mobile app can install (Android)

I am creating an Android application and the wish of my application is not to be able to install on devices with a screen resolution of less than 320 * 480. Is there a setting anywhere i.e. - app.xml or other where I can achieve this? I know with the pure Android SDK, you are able to set the devices on which your application will run on.

    There is no need to uninstall anything, both devices will share information and that there are no 'master-slave' logic on Firefox Sync. All devices are identical.

    The important part is to select "I already have an account" when you set up your second computer.

    Also, I had to install the software twice on my computer before because I had to restart the computer. I don't know if this affects the limit.

    You are allowed to have two facilities activated, so it shouldn't be a problem with facilities to work on both machines.  If by chance you somehow tied up two activations for a machine you can have Adobe support help solve this cat thrue.

    I'm getting following error when the mobile deployment app in the android... emulator I went through google search and I did all the steps as follows...


    1 keytool - genkey - v - keystore debug.keystore - alias androiddebugkey - keyalg RSA - keysize 2048 - validity 10000

    I gave the password, last name, organization, State and country
    2 jarsigner - sigalg MD5withRSA - digestalg SHA1-verbose - keystore /Users/Admin/.android/debug.keystore C:\JDeveloper\mywork\GeneralMobileApp\deploy\ANDROID_MOBILE_NATIVE_archive1/generalmobileapp.apk
    3 / e - platform-tools/adb install - r C:\JDeveloper\mywork\GeneralMobileApp\deploy\ANDROID_MOBILE_NATIVE_archive1/generalmobileapp.apk

    After the above step... I got the SUCCESS message (while performing the steps above in the command prompt).

    Even after this... I get the same error while deploying my application using jdeveloper in the android emulator...

    The emulator can run out of space for applications - so if you have other applications that are deployed to the emulator remove them and then try again.

    The question stands for itself... I feel a bit put off here. Adobe set out, in BOLD letters, support for mobile applications. Because just went out and bought an Android in anticipation of using it with my account well and creative cloud without the latest version of Android (5.5) this is what I got. Yes, I see the icon 'apple store' exclusion of Android on the pages of details for applications now. However I would not bother me hitting him above my head.

    Any predictions for the future version of the 'good' cloud creative mobile support Android 5.5 applications?

    We have a beta version (1.5.239) of the draw available on Adobe Android Apps - community - Google + ; can you join this page and install this version of the app and let me know if you're still having problems. In the meantime, I'm going to run this by the engineers to draw (they may have a better idea that I'm doing everything is also generating boredom in the mixture of PS an apps CC.)

    Can also be upgraded hard drives, one for the SSD and the other for more storage. Don't know if that will eat more power.

    The Alpha of Dev and Playbook didn't and don't use the same OS versions because they are different hardware.

    You need the latest version of the Playbook SDK and build with it.

    As far as I know that the last sim playbook and download the latest Públicos for playbook is already "BB10", but there may be updates on the playbook after the BB10 SDK for alpha dev's final (11 December?).

    From: just ripple point playbook BlackBerry WebWorks SDK for Tablet 2.2.0.5 instead of 10 BlackBerry WebWorks SDK 1.0.3.8 (or the last one).

    The same code can be generated for both with minor variations in the config.XML for options such as orientation.

    Things such as canvas full screen, swf, audio files can behave not the same on the two OS right now.

  • HP ePrint mobile app on iPhone 4 & iPad retina - both devices say «Photos (0)»

    I just installed HP ePrint mobile app on my iPhone 4S and my iPad retina. However, when I go in the application, when the main screen is displayed ('Photos'-'cloud'-'Web'-'Email'), when I type 'Photos', on every device it says: 'Photos (0)' - that is, I guess the app think I have 'zero photos' on both devices, which is obviously not true. Other details: (1) I have a Photosmart 7510 on my home wireless network; (2) I am able to print OK for the 7510 using Apple "AirPrint" - no problem; (3) I can also print using a device (iPhone or iPad) using the HP app 'PrinterControl '. So, how HP ePrint mobile app can not 'see' my photos on my iPhone or iPad (especially now that they can 'see' these pictures when you use the HP app "PrinterControl"). Thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this situation.

    The problem is related to the privacy settings on ios 6. To solve this, go to settings on your device and you should see a section of privacy. From there go to photos and turn on the eprint application. It should work to allow you to see the pictures.

  • How to develop and test the application mobile flex without the real device?

    I'm trying to read some information about it, but decided to ask also here.

    I have a project that has a company wants to grow me, it's for iPad. That's ok I am with Flex and the framework for web development, but not for mobile. Why? Because I have no idea how to test my application. I know generation ago it sort of the desktop version of the application with the change of the "back" button on the orientation stuff, but how do I know my application will look and work exactly the same (I mean NOT performance here). I mean you know how every android or iOS device have their native keyboard or native video player for example and I have only in the debug version of the application.

    The question is how to develop this application based on the desktop emulator or anything and then hope that my app looks and works on a device, as it should... Of course I can't afford to buy all the devices it is just to be able to test on it if necessary? So, how do you, how to test how my iPad app works on a device without a? I know I should get a licence from iOS dev to be able to package the app for iOS, but it's $ 99 per year or something like that I can handle, but how to test my application without having to buy the darn device? Are there any emulator for iPad or something like that I know what my customers will see when they get the application? One of my friends told me that the mac os x use the developers a tool - cause some kit of dev who has emulators for all iOS devices and you can build and test there immediately and that you can simulate virtually any combination of key for example, and he said he's working and seems to 1:1 as the real device but he didn't know if can I export an AIR application and try it like this, he only knew for app written in native code.

    If someone can just tell me how should I do this? Should I buy a mac os x computer laptop to test because I am a user of windows 7, or perhaps create a mac os x virtual machine and tests out there or maybe the only option is to actually buy the device... that would be terrible for a freelancer...

    Since the AIR for iOS applications are compiled to ARM code you will not be able to run on iOS emulators running on Mac OSX.

    You can do a very simple test with the "Simulator" built into Flash Builder, but it is not much more than a window to AIR with a window size that matches the resolution of the selected iOS device.  When running in the simulator of the application is not compiled to ARM code so it will take a completely different code path than what will be the final release of iOS.

    Ultimately if you are developing for iOS with AIR nothing but for tests on real iOS devices.
