• Flex 14 issue of Audio in Jack / headphones

  Hey, I have a flex 14 ideaPad and until recently all worked without problem audio-wise (when headphones have been and is not plugged in), except for randomly a couple of days, when I plugged the headphones in the plug and no sound came through the headphones or the speakers, although the headphones were detected by the laptop. When I unplugged the sounds would come again through the speakers.

  I tried again with a different set of headphones, but the problem came back that lead me to believe that the problem is with the laptop, after searching solutions online, I decided to remove it and then reinstall the Player audio (Realtech HD Audio Manager). This fixed the problem for a few days, but now the same problem is back. I'm confused as to whether this is a hardware/software problem based as when I reinstalled the driver he solves the problem, so he could not really related material being.

  If anyone knows what is the problem? Should I just continue to remove and reinstall the driver? Once again the helmet are detected by the laptop, they do not appear as their own reading device (is it always the case?)

  The configuration of Realtek on the Flex has Windows only show a single, common system for all the audio outputs.

  Here is the latest driver from Realtek. If the problem persists after, I would recommend a warranty call.

• Flex Application issue?

  I created an application in Flex built with many components etc... My application is basically a questionnaire with many pages and after answers are graphically by a bubble chart.

  I fit my request in a 3rd party software which is a presentation player (who accepts. SWF files and uses the ExternalInterface class). I like my Flex to work on the player application is first of all when the player is running, my application will run by asking specific questions. Once the user has answered questions that they will have a "confirm" on the last Page that will take them to the table of bubble to another part of the player presentation for registration of results.

  My question is that my request has two pages of questionnaire and the bubble chart all encapsulated in a single application, is there a way for me to split my application in order to use questions and Bubble graphic separately as required by my presentation player?

  Currently, my application converts the results of questions answered in 3 main values, which are passed in the DataProvider for the bubble chart. Is there a way so that if I split my application into 2 separate applications, the 1st being questions and the 2nd by displaying the bubble chart, that I could spend the 3 values of the 1st application 2nd application so the graphic bubble could be shown?

  using modules may be an option. You can make a separate bubble chart

  module and questionarries separate module. Thne as your questionarries

  the article will come first you load Fürst and then load bubble

  graph in turn.

• Keyboard structuring issues trigger

  Is there a limit to how many triggers you can use?

  I have 10 sets of hands for each arm. I want 6 positions each side arms. You can the subsets of the hands for each position of arms?  Example: left arm carried outward by side, have 4 hands thumbs up, thumbs down and so on... I have A trigger to thearm, then u = thumb triggers to the top and e = face-down. I have 6 positions of arms with hands of 4 to 8 per arm. Is this. Possible? How should I do?

  Currently, triggers are alphanumeric - A - Z and 0-9. Case is not serious.

  Yes, I understand what you try to do it properly, you can reuse the triggers. So, for example, that let's you have arms 1, 2 and 3 at the same level with brothers and sisters of masking in, and only appears at a time. Then inside each keep you U for inches to the top and D for the thumbs down, no matter what arms fires.

  So for 6 arms (3 on each side) each with 6 hands, you could set up as:

  • Left arm
    • Left arm 1
      • Hands A, B, C, D, E, F
    • Left arm 2
      • Hands A, B, C, D, E, F
    • Left arm 3
      • Hands A, B, C, D, E, F
  • Right arm
    • Right arm 4
      • Hands, G, H, I, J, K, L
    • Right arm 5

• Flex 3 issue of Libs folder

  I have a few swc files in my folder libs I use not. The unused EFA will be compiled in the Release version?

  For example, if I have a CFC with a button skin in my libs folder, but I don't use this button skin, is it compiled? Will save any space in the Release version of the slaughter of my libs folder?

  Only classes found through searches of dependency will be used.  If the skin is

  referenced from a .css file it might get used otherwise no.  But all the SWCs

  get read by the compiler, so it can slow down the compilation a little.

  Changed the WebService useProxy = 'true' to useProxy = "false".
  Now it's working. No more RPC error. DOH!

• Previews of document - using OLE server? or other means

  Asked me if Flex can be used to communicate with an OLE server? I guess the idea is that flex can issue a command to the server to generate thumbnail previews and get it. I tried to get him, but found almost nothing. Anyone here knows?

  You could make OLE Automation through external calls to JavaScript script blocks and drive the word somehow you want as long as the word is installed locally. Is that what you want?

• How could get the categories of items and Module-specific to the company?

  Could we make it point to organization and specific Module categories? At present, the same structure of flex 'Categories of elements' is used by management of orders (already implemented) and now the purchase of / iProcurement (executed).   I'm new to Flex and just started working on a retail online store application.
  However, I came across a problem and I'm stuck.

  two modules - LoginModule.mxml & MainModule.mxml files
  and I load the module LoginModule.mxml by default and after a successful login, load MainModule.mxml
  
  
  The MainModule.mxml has a sample of flexstore similar viewstack
  and contains the elements of the view - Home.mxml
  Products.MXML
  ... etc.
  The Products.mxml's filter section, product catalog, shopping cart Panel
  (similar to ProductsView.mxml in the flexstore sample).
  
  Here's the question:
  Whenever I click on a control (checkbox, combobox.. etc) in the filter Panel
  I get an error message, as shown below:

  I am trying to create a menu bar located in Flex 3. I'm able to do. But it has a flaw. The thing is that some of the submenu items are not in

  Just take the XML structure on the element. Having it declared inside the component is not really good in this kind of situation because the structure may not be initialized properly (the Resource Manager cannot be instantiated properly or structure may not correct access - there are some questions that might come into play).

  The OLAPDatagrid component is available only in the version of Flex Builder Professional. For the first problem, the one where you build a Flex + LCDS 2.5.1 project, the answer is that LCDs 2.5.1 do not include component OLAPDatagrid and that means you have found errors on the duration.

  For the second problem, the one where you try to use the compiler for J2EE module, the answer is that the compiler J2EE module supports only the components that come by default with flex sdk.

  I should probably know this, but the customer is concerned about a security problem.  I do not think that

  that is a problem, but its best to ask and be sure.

  In my flex client, I got a dialog box where a user can enter a password.  I then take the password

  and send it to my supplier of the property.  This normal text password, I don't do anything to encode it before sending

  It's on.  Is this ok? I think that the connection is secure, but please confirm this, or should I encode them before you send it?

  Yes, the data Manager API using secure AMF channel.  Even if your plugin called java service, you must use "/.../messagebroker/amfsecure" for the channel of proxy URI as shown in the SDK examples.

• Is it possible for a flex application to reproduce a structure of files and folders to the customer without zip

  I have an upload/download of flex based app that works very well for download, but when it comes to download, I have coldfusion zip files and folders together and then just by downloading this single file.  I would like to have the flex application to replicate files and folders on the clients computer without having to zip & unzip them and I was wondering if this is even possible.  If I remember correctly, I thought that flash could not create folders on the clients computer...
