Fluid grid to change with pages (editing my CSS)?

Good day to all, after that coding of four pages, I realized that as I am deleting some div and css on one page rules, the changes are applied to all my pages and thus when I open some pages now... they are crazy because I deleted the rules in other pages. What I did to create the index page and after I actually was and I went to the following but used my index finger as a model in the sense that I simply clicked on "save under" and entered in the 'about' and then I removed the div and css who accompanied the given divs and ocded rules these out to see that these changes , I did on a different page have been applied on my index also page. Is there a way I could avoid this or does this mean I have to encode each page from scratch? I'm new to the DM 'fluid grid' implemented.

External CSS files are applied through your html documentTags like this.

boilerplate. CSS"rel ="stylesheet"type ="text/css">" "

FluidGrid.css"rel ="stylesheet"type ="text/css">" "

Content.CSS"rel ="stylesheet"type ="text/css">" "

Content.CSS is my stylesheet for content.  If you need it, you can apply the media to your custom CSS - notice the extra set of curly brackets {} for each media query.

/ Special rules for mobile devices * /.

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {}

Body { -font size: 75% }

/ * Hide some div tags * /.

#LayoutDiv5, #LayoutDiv6, #LayoutDiv7 { display: no }

}

/ Special rules for tablets * /.

@media only screen and (min-width: 481px) {}

Body { do-size: 100%; }

}

/ * Special rules that apply to workstations * /.

    Do you really need support IE8?  Very few people still use it.

    If you are compatible with IE8, create a style sheet IE only with your office layout styles.  Insert it inside a conditional comment for browsers of pre - IE9.

    Don't forget to insert this after all other styles and style, sheets just before your closing tag.

  • Cannot change the page editable errors

    Hi all

    I created a Web site that uses DWT editable regions as well as editable ice regions.

    http://www.p3sf.com/

    The index.html page isn't an attached template and all the other pages are attached to the model internal.dwt

    I created regions editable in the DWT and also created the boxes of ice in the model. Now, when I go to a page and press ctrl + E, and then press the button change, I get errors.

    On the index.html page (which is not attached to a model), I get "you cannot edit or duplicate this page because it contains the invalid supplement. "Reason: there is an editable region that contains prohibited tags.

    I went and looked for these tags, but have no idea of what they are. And whereas I have created the page with Dreamweaver and added parts of ice, why would I errors.

    On other pages such as http://p3sf.com/events.html , I used to get a different error, but now I get the same error as above.

    Help, please! This ice is supposed to make things easier, but I did have to work for one of my many sites yet.

    Thank you
    Leslie

    Hello, Leslie.

    First of all, your index page does not validate because you have nesting problems (some of your labels are not properly closed before starting a new tag). However, aside from that, you can have scripts inside InContext Editing regions. The error that you receive when you use InContext Editing is caused by the script inside the form located in your editable region. Move the script in the editable area and InContext Editing does not return the error.

    The line of the related help page that apply to the present case is: there is an editable region that contains prohibited tags. The forbidden tags include SCRIPT, map, AREA, OBJECT, and EMBED.

    Please let me know if you need more help with this.

    Best regards

  • Change the fluid grid in Dreamweaver CS6?

    I'm trying to understand how do to change my fluid layout grid in Dreamweaver CS6. Can anyone guide me on this issue? I'm also struggling with reorganize my images and text inside the div tags - can't move anything. Can someone enlighten me?

    Project seven Page Packs?  The affinity is their sensitive theme.

    Affinity PVII CSS: Reagents and Mobile-Ready layouts for Dreamweaver

    I use no more than FGLayouts.  At best, it's an OK Starter for your projects of reactive nature.  But I was never enthusiastic with the execution of the interface in DW.  Buggy, very fickle and if you alter the CSS code, it will break the page layouts.  Basically, it's a good idea that was never fully carried out.

    In 2015, CC, it's called fluid grid Layouts (Legacy) which means that it is removed gradually from. IMO, Bootstrap is much better.

  • Page when enlarged kicks / fluid grid Video resize

    I have some problems with my foot on this page: http://pauldhart.com/tf_teaser.html

    I applied the code to allow for the video, incorporate scalability in the fluid grid and the footer is in the EXACT right place when the window is reduced in size, however, when that maximize the footer jumps down below the scroll.

    I guess it has something to do with my code for the video scaling, since it disappears when I cut this CSS but I can't identify the problem.  Here is the code in question.

    HTML PART:

    < div id = "contentbody" >

    < div class = 'container-video' >

    " < iframe src =" Byline = 0 & portrait = 0 & https://Player.Vimeo.com/video/128816726?color=f6ecca "width ="500"height ="281"frameborder ="0"allowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen > < / iframe > "

    < / div >

    < div id = 'fb-root' > < / div >

    < script > (function (d, s, id) {})

    var js, SJF = d.getElementsByTagName (s) [0];

    If (d.getElementById (id)) return;

    js = d.createElement (s); js.ID = id;

    js. SRC = "/ / connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1";

    fjs.parentNode.insertBefore (js, SJF);

    (} (document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk')); < /script >

    " < div align ="left"id ="footer"> < div class ="fb-like"data-href = ' http://Facebook.com/threefingersmovie "data-width ="330"data-colorscheme = data-show-faces of the 'light' = 'false' data-send ="true"> "

    < / div >

    CSS PART:

    {#contentbody}

    Clear: both;

    float: left;

    Width: 100%;

    display: block;

    margin: 0px;

    padding: 0px;

    box-shadow: 3px 10px 20px #000;

    max height: 600px;

    }

    .video-container {}

    position: relative;

    padding-bottom:56.25%;

    padding-top: 30px;

    height: 0;

    overflow: hidden;

    }

    . Video-container iframe, .video-container object, container-.video incorporate {}

    position: absolute;

    top: 0;

    left: 0;

    Width: 100%;

    height: 100%;

    max height: 600px;

    }

    If you follow the link above and resize the browser, you will see the question.  Any suggestions would be very helpful!  Thanks guys/girls.

    The problem is caused by padding-bottom on the container-video class. When the fill is specified as a percentage, the value is always calculated the width of the parent element. This applies not only to the horizontal padding, but also vertical filling. Therefore, the page becomes, more the footer is pushed away from the video.

    The solution is very simple. Once the video has reached its maximum height, you must change the fill from the bottom to a fixed value instead of a percentage. Add this to your style sheet:

    @media screen and (min-width: 769px) {
       .video-container {
           padding-bottom: 576px;
       }
    }

  • How to make another page in fluid grid? I tried a few ways, did ' t work. It sucks. All messed up.

    I tried a few ways, did ' t work. It sucks. All messed up. How does the other web site? I spent hours and weeks on this shit. Everything is garbage.

    After you have completed your prototype checkerboard of fluid to save as new_filename.html.  Repeat SaveAs to other pages of the site.

    MAKE A MODEL:

    ==================

    #1 make your fluid grid for mobile presentation, then the Tablet and the office.

    #2 when everything works as it should, you can save as Template.dwt.

    #4 Add regions editable for content that changes from one page to another.

    #3 save model and then close.

    #5 go to file > new model page.  Press the button create.

    Repeat step #5 for other pages of the site.

  • Is it possible to display the design view in the fluid grid pages?

    After the upgrade to the latest version of DW CC 2014, I noticed that design mode is disabled in the fluid grid pages. You can only use the Live View mode to change these pages. Design/Live button on pages not fluid.

    I wonder if there is a work around to allow the Design mode of publishing on the pages of fluid. It is a major concern to try to change some things in Live View mode. It would be nice to have a choice.

    @Ron

    Ron, thanks for your idea.  I just tried this in my fluid grid css file, and it worked!  The strange thing (at least in my mind) is that the code (below) is commented.  So, even though my web pages ignore this commented code, Dreamweaver is not... use it to control how the Dreamweaver program works. Well, I think that this can happen.  This code behaves as a "directive" in the Dreamweaver program.

    A notable change is that I no longer see the grey bands indicating the fluid grid columns in Live view mode, but I can live with that.

    It's my way of novice look at the situation.  But now I'm happy.

    Here are my exact code (which I deleted) of my css file.  Maybe others can try it and see if that fixes the problem.

  • Could I put in a fluid grid layout, a div with any property?

    Could someone please help me?, thanks

    Could I put another div in a layout fluid grid? Could put a div with a z-index value a fluid page layout grid? I could put a div with a transition to a fluid grid layout? Could I get any property of a div in a layout fluid grid?

    I can create a different stylesheet that takes all the fluid grids?

    forgive, but I have all these questions...

    Thank you and best regards.

    Fluid grid is right DW on "Sensitive" web design

    Any changes made to their fluid grid CSS break Visual AIDS that is displayed in design mode.

    Other than that, I don't see why you can't use a regular DIV within a checkerboard to fluid - and style it with one different CSS file (other than the presentation of the fluid grid CSS files).

    If you're referring to the CSS3 transitions, they work.

    Once again, as I said, fluid Grid layout is terminology just DW - any code you write it will work. However, if you want the full support of Visual AIDS, do not change the code manually in the default .css file. Feel free to add content / code in a different .css file.

    Good luck.

  • editing in the browser: members change their page only

    Hello

    I had asked this the other week, and he said if I update the customer site and travel accommodation in British Colombia - otherwise the Member has access to edit the entire site Re: members change their page only, no other areas?

    I have a new idea he floats by you, maybe this works:

    GoDaddy I have space reserved for unlimited sites. I can create a website for each Member - he has this site (one page) visible to the public than a link in www. hellohorse.com? If site URL each Member of the is not registered with whois or someone else. I can simply call the file name of the site: INDEX-JOE - SMITH.html, never save it.  (Godaddy automatically installs a folder separated for each Web site in the section accommodation that I paid for, then it is its own folder).  For Joe Smith that his editing page, he would have access by password by www.hellohorse.com/JOE-SMITH

    I think Adobe MU tech staff is extremely helpful and appreciate the amazing work you are doing. Thank you once again.

    Anita

    If the downloaded site includes specific url as domain.com/username, and then the user can directly use this link in the browser editor, so he will be directed to this specific site for the site editing.

    On the same site if you want to separate authorization of installation for the users, which can be done through end of Muse but of the hosting platform.

    Thank you

  • fluid grid tools do not work after that I moved a page to a new Directory/site

    I implemented a simple enough fluid grid, which works great.  Then I moved the files to a new directory.  I had to remove a slash in front of one of the links to the css file I use for formatting of the text and what not, but the page still works fine.  My problem is that I now have a plus a few changes, but when I click on the divs etc in design mode, I don't see more fluid grid tools or the little icon in the toolbar to turn it on or off.

    My apologies if I forget something obvious, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    PRH

    It's working now.  It seems that the problem was related to a couple unrelated files css fg left by a previous attempt.  I cleaned these, and voila, my tools returned fg.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Second Page of fluid grid

    I use Dreamweaver CS6 and can't seem to understand how to create a second fluid grid page without creating a new boilerplate.css and respond.min.js files.  I wanted to use my existing files created when I did my first page of fluid grid.  Now, I want a page that doesn't have the sidebar as the first page so I can have two templates for use in creating the other pages of the site.  Is it possible or do I have these two files created for each fluid grid page I create?  If so, it seems that much extra to call for a Web site files.

    Update: Using winmerge, I see that the files are identical, so I can delete the new created when you create a new page in fluid grid.  Seems a little redundant to me, so there must be another way to add a new page that I'm missing.  It seems also that I can't create a model using webdesign reactive as the changes of type doc of html5 for XHMTL transitional 1 (grayed out) when I create a new file from a template created from a fluid grid page.  Is this true or am I missing something?

    Thanks again, Nancy, I had to delete the cache and then rename the folder of personal configuration to make it work.  Very much appreciated.

  • Is it possible to use images cut into slices with fluid grids CS6?

    I have 2 images cut into slices that I use in my page. The site was designed with fluid grids CS6. As soon as the page is rendered more small 1 images contracts while the other remains the same size. Is it possible to make this work or is it just not possible using fluid grids?

    It will never work right in fluid networks.  Decide which is more important to you - your concept of design or a sensitive provision.  Unfortunately, responsive web design requires compromises that some designers are not willing to do.  It is certainly not for everyone.
