  On the iPhone, it must either:

  • be in use (not necessarily in the Photos app)
  • or be in mode 'sleep', plugged in and connected to wifi

  On mac, you must have the application open and the mac for not being in mode 'sleep'. OS X Powernap Feature does not support the iCloud photo library (I've done a request for comments)

  I'm developing an iphone app and I need to create blank page layouts on paper for the design. I want to draw rectangles with a height - 89.9 and width 49,2125 mm, or about the size of the screen of the iphone to my measurements. (I actually probably have need/want to start on the next larger screen design but do not yet know the dimensions.) I want blank layouts to look like the photo below with the steps lining the sides in millimeters. Can someone give me a quick tutorial on how you can accomplish this in InDesign? Any entry and largely thanks to one who helps me get closer to my goal!

  Seriously, the example displays 15 at the end of the scale. If it seems not to be your example. However, that would be it helpful to have a scale? An application is in pixels, you need this for scratch.

  Create a rule with the scale isn't what Indesign is for. Illustrator should be better for this do, or Visio.

  Try another lightning cable, they can and will hurt. I guess you have tried some basics such as restarting the computer, did you?

  I am trying to download pix from my iPhone on my iMac. It has been so easy with iPhoto or Adobe Bridge. But now, nothing seems to work.

  Same AirDrop does not work. I use Airdrop often between my laptop and my iMac, but I can't seem to do it between my iPhone and my iMac.

  With the USB connection, the iMac does not recognize my iPhone. I have the latest or next to last OSs for each.

  I resorted to emailing of small lots of pix for myself.

  Importing Photos works exactly the same way as he did in iPhoto, connect your source, run Photos, see the sidebar menu display, select your iPhone in the sidebar, click on all imports.

  You can also use Image Capture in your Applications folder.

  The only way to move files or Folders/subfolders without causing problems, which does not create a 'missing files' is to go to the bosom of the Organizer, not the operating system (Win/Mac).

  You can create folders and move images of the Organizer.

  Note that if you move the files of several subfolders in one alone, you run the risk of wanting to move files with the same file name in the same folder; your operating system will not allow that. If the Organizer will rename images if necessary.

  If you want to do such a task big reorganization, absolutely do a complete backup before. There is no advantage for a reorganization organizing point of view, but if you need it for some reason, it must be done from the Organizer.
