  Hello. I'm a graphic designer who is very experienced in InDesign using the software to fine printing. I am now branching out with CS6 capabilities and learning design (mainly presentation) applications for the iPad. So I designed a portfolio as a document of several pages including the page orientation to portrait and landscape. The app consists of a sheet of starter that would be a load of animation exported as swf and back imported in InDesign such as HTML5, or MP4, or however (I've nailed it yet because I leave this until the last that this page will be used as screensaver until swiped). When the Viewer slide page 1 they enter the main page "content" with a load of thumbnails within these customers and clients I have charge of case studies. So, I have pretty much designed the layout and that you have to build, but I need to know what I'm limited by.

  page 3 will be the 1st client and will need about 6 case studies, I guess I'll need to make additional pages. And so on.

  In any case, I digress the question I ask is the one to download and test on the iPad via the content player I obviously need to download items in the form of separate pages (incorporating the guidelines both H & V), but I would make the links on my page "content" when the document is a multipage document (IE in its original state) or apply I have these links (as buttons I guess rather than) hyperlinks) when the articles have been separated and I work with page 01, 02, 03 etc in folio Builder? I know not how to create thumbnail buttons but I can't work out how to link them to their desired targets (next page/page no. / etc. etc.) for the record, I would like to present my work on an iPad as an application, without relying on WIFI or 3 G. Last question (phew) is that I have a picture frame with a slide show-is it possible for the Viewer to click on them and open them in full-screen and flick/navigate through this way? then click on a cross in the back of the top corner of the page to the screen they were on. • Just installed windows cs6 DPS and Folio Builder does not work

  I just installed the windows CS6 DPS, but there is no option in the constructor of Folio, and yet I can create new Articles. How do the work of Folio Builder?

  Must be connected to the internet? I work for a large organization and have restrictions to firewall restricting internet access In Design, but thought I could work offline.

  Clues of what I might do wrong?

• DPS App Builder does not CS6 Folio Builder Panel

  I am trying to test an application and to Create App step. However, when I use the Panel Builder Folio > Create App to order, enter a loop of DPS App Builder telling me I have to go to disconnect from DPS App Builder and go through Folio Builder Panel > Create App order.

  So I disconnect, go through the process again. Then in the App DPS generator, I can only "manage" my apps (I didn't as I have now deleted) I'm not able to create a new application of the table edge DPS or via App Builder.

  I am really struggling with this now as given that the upgrade to V28 DPS tools, nothing works and I can't move on Adobe for some techinical on DPS support.

  Can anyone throw any light why a person with a creative cloud account, not published applications, and all the correct certificates generated does not have the ability to create a new application for a complete Folio, with a. Zip file ready and waiting to go...?

  I'd appreciate it really any contributions to this number

  After a difficult journey, this simple solution cured this issue:

  1. Quit InDesign and all the other CS apps.
  2. First file, delete the opm.db is "your username" in /Users/ / Library/Applicationopm.db, and then start InDesign and try to connect to the control panel.

  I also remove the InDesign file (hold SHIFT, CTRL, ALT, CMD on startup of InDesign) as advised but don't know if that makes a difference.

  I'm really happy it seems to work again. Phew

• Update "Folio builder" freezes InDesign CS6

  The "Folio builder" Panel InDesign with goodness invited me to upgrade, but unfortunalately, it freezes now InDesign as soon as I click on it.

• I don't see my android device in folio Builder

  I don't see my android device in folio Builder to preview of folio.  I have the unit connected to my PC via USB and content adobe reader is running (same login as indesign) usb debugging is enabled. It is a tablet of nexus 7. InDesign CS6

  Your Nexus 7 probably has a version very, very, old Adobe Content Viewer on leave before we made the move to a native Android visualizer, which was almost (more?) than two years.

  We do not support overview directly from InDesign to Android more.

  I logged in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign that I use for my business, and rather than see my Folios I see the message below. I am still able to connect to the Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard online and you can see my Folios. Any ideas of why they are not appearing in the Folio Builder Panel?

  Looks like that necessary CS6 and update - I have updated and now I see my Folios.

• Folio Builder in last InDesign

  Previous content creation for Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) was made using Folio Builder of InDesign CC. Now the latest version of InDesign CC (2015) removed the Folio Builder feature.

  Any idea on how to create content using the latest version of InDesign?

  You can not. To use DPS with the Folio Builder Panel, you must run 2014 CC InDesign, InDesign CC or InDesign CS6.

  2015 inDesign only supports DPS 2015, not the earlier version of the DPS. To use DPS with the Folio Builder Panel, you must run 2014 CC InDesign, InDesign CC or InDesign CS6. You can run multiple versions of InDesign on the same machine.

  I am a teacher DPS creation of some of the groups of students.

  It is in Indesign Cs6 or CC2014.

  They make the connection when they work, but when they switched off, if we start to Indesign yet once, the folio constructor registers itself.

  It is very dangerous, because anyone can consult or work within this account in Folio Builder.

  You should be able to force disconnection to leave InDesign and the removal of this folder: /Users/ {username} / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE, then by restarting InDesign.

• Folio Builder updates

  In CS6, Folio Builder said to run updates, but when I do, everything is already up-to-date. What else can I check to make this work?

• Cannot connect in Folio Builder in InDesign

  I'm unable to log in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign. I'm on CS6 and I all relevant updates. I leave InDesign and restarted my computer. I can log into the dashboard online and all I know is not a problem with my login information.

  I click on the link 'connect', the distinctive sign of Adobe in the window appears, I put my information and it goes. I head back to InDesign and all that is in there is the text "connect" again.

  Someone at - it suggestions?

  I was able to connect earlier. I don't know what the problem was, mostly because it set back a day's work, but I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes

  I created an application that I want to publish, but I can't sign via folio Builder. I've done several times before, but today, I only get the gray weel when I try to connect. Im am stuck one can not publish my application. How can I get it work?

  I know it's a long time ago. And I forgot to get back to you. But the problem solved itself, when I ran an auto upgade of DPS Apbuilder. So now I can get to my folios with CS6 reinstall them and everything is good :-)

  I work in the digital edition and I can't access overlays of folio. When I click on folio Builder, it says I need to update my software but everything is up-to-date. Also, I tried to download Adobe digital Editions patch, thinking that it works, but, while trying to download, it is said that it is not applicable to me and to check updates. Again, I have no update. Can someone please?
