We are currently implementing Oracle HR & Payroll. For some forms of pay that I have to read the employee schedule, noting that her dosent customer have a license for the OTL.

My question is: can we still use travel and annexes screen in the menu structure of employment and that the screen to use for the employee having-right/setting collective up-to-date schedule

    I have an employee whose departure date was entered incorrectly. The system will not start date change which indicates that allocation changes exist between the old and the new dates.

    This is what the data looks like:

    Employee has been shown as hired August 1, 2014.

    An assignment was made for 1 - August to August 2, 2014.

    A second tour there on 3 August 2014 and the end date is 31-Dec-4712

    The start date must be changed in August 16, 2014.

    Two assignments seem to be a data entry error.

    Is there a way to accomplish this change? Since the two assignments are in error, there is not need to exist.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Datetrack on August 1, 2014 and go to the screen for the assignment. Use the remove menu icon and a popup asking if you want to delete all future changes...

    Once you remove the future recordings, you will have a unique assignment record.

    Navigate to the file and replace the most recent start date August 16, 2014.

  • Eligibility for the benefits scheme based on participation in another plan

    We must control an eligibility of joint plan based on participation and registration to the scheme for the employees in the same program. Employee can if enter two plans at the same time, but we do need an audit that would not allow employees to enroll in an RRSP without registering under the plan. We must maintain these plans as each have their own insurance amounts because it is optional life insurance. If I use eligibility criteria then he is obliging used to be enrolled in the plan outlined before even the life event has been processed. Need help how to have the validation during registration? Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Data for the problem of dynamic regions was interrupted

    Hello. I use JDev 11.2.2 and stack complete ADF.



    This is when I try to load a new stream of work of a dynamic region. Let me give a step by step test case:



    1 - using HR, model of generation: create objects (entities, objects View) for the employees and departments tables and an Application Module.

    2. - in VC, add a page facelets with layout of two columns, first for a tree for the switching of regions and a dynamic region in the second column.

    3 - create a page fragment that includes a generated table view in data controls and another fragment of page view of departments.

    4 - create two workflow bounded, for fragment employees and another for the fragment of departments.

    5 - drag and drop workflow bounded to create a dynamic region in the second column of the home page. Of course by selecting backingBean for new bean (default value is increased demand).

    6 - in the model, create a static filled List View object with two attributes: a workflow id and a description

    7 - in VC, generate a tree in the first column of the home page

    8. - write a component of the tree selection listener to read the id of the current workflow and set this ID value of workflow dynamic region at the appropriate bean.

    9 - set triggers of partials in a dynamic region in the homepage to listen for events from the tree.



    10 - run and try to load a new workflow clicking in the tree. An alert is triggered with this message:


    * "The content of this page could not load as expected because data transmission has been interrupted. Please try again or contact your system administrator. » *



    And the newspaper is displayed as a result of lines:

    Also, check the Group of companies that you should add the HR organization to affect the employees of this group of companies.

    From what I have gathered in the Oracle Documentation, the employer is represented in HRMS as a business structure and the Group of companies is the highest classification of the organization that serves as a container for all organizations, employees, and other objects that it contains.

    However, I observed a Classification of the 'Employer' organisation in the screen set of organizations.
    This means that in fact the classification of the Organization of the Organization at the forefront in Oracle HRMS that serves as a container for ALL employees, is in fact the Classification of the organization 'employer '?
