Foreign languages
My client asked I come o something that will exchange the English text in my vi to a foreign language. He said something on the inclusion of a *.ini file. Not sure I have a understanding full on what he wants. I think what he was getting at was to create the vi in English and include an ini file which would some how convert to the language in the ini file. That is to say... English to say Japaneese charaters... This includes the labels on the front as well as the error codes if any are generated. It would be a daunting task?
Hi Clint
There is documentation on this included in the files help most of the versions of LabVIEW.
The basic idea is to export all channels of the VI in a string of VI file, translate the file, and then re-import the strings to the VI. It would be a little intimidating, but it is perfectly possible.
Who help me?
Kind regards

received an e-mail in foreign language today dated 2002.
logged in today and had a pop-up message in a foreign language for the first time with a 2002 creation date... tried to simply remove and not open, but the system says I have an unread message always. I want to just get rid of it without opening or possibly infect my computer
A message of openness is highly unlikely allow any infection.
You can't right click on the message and select Remove from the contextual pop-up menu?

I mean... a foreign language within my 'tools, ad ons, extensions' runnin XP with firefox 13. Tried to go back to older versions of firefox without success
I think I have a very annoying theme compared to yours, I'm just using the default Firefox theme. Could check you if that makes a difference?
Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Modules > appearance
If you prefer a theme that specifies a font problem, you might be able to change the theme, or you might be able to replace the problem using an add-on as police: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/

Please change my Skype/Messenger registration for English. For some reason, it rises in a foreign language which I am not even able to read or understand. I have found no way to make this correction and I use SKYPE/Messenger frequently with friends and family.
Hello
Once signed in to Skype, select Tools > language > and select English. Where the language has changed various menu selections, follow it like this:
In the Skype menu bar, click on the item in good second. Then the second from the entrance at the top of the page in the menu that appears. Then the 10th entry in the next menu that appears.
Kind regards

HP color laserjet cp2025: hp color laserjet cp2025 in foreign language menu
The menu keeps going to a foreign language. The first time, it resembled the Arabic but I was able to get HP to cut me a break and talk me through it back to English free of charge. Like I wrote what they told me because now it's in Russian, and HP wants to charge me to talk me through a procedure of three minutes, grrrr.
Anyone know how to recover the language to English?

I get 34 foreign language updates
Original title : WHY should I update 34 FOREIGN LANGUAGES
I KEEP GETTING 34 ROREIGN LANGUAGES updated IN WINDOWS UPDATE WHY SHOULD I THESE UPDATE
You don't have to update the Language Packs, you must not update these!
They are updated optional, only if you wish.
If the boxes of lets say you spoke another language and be more comfortable watching a menus and dialog on your computer in that language, you can download the language pack.
These Packs are offered free to people who bought Vista Ultimate.
If someone would buy these from Microsoft, they are $30 each.

Does anyone know of a way to remove many Windows 7 foreign language fonts? It was not an option to exclude them during the installation. I tried to remove them, but Windows tells me they are system fonts that cannot be deleted. I also tried the "cache", but they still appear in the list of fonts in Office and other programs. I want and need are English-language fonts. Having to go through dozens of useless (to me) fonts is a major nuisance. There should be a way to exclude them from my system if I don't need.
Hello mcbarker69,
The reason why I didn't have the fonts in question is because no special police have been mentioned, and I had entered fonts and deleted a few foreign fonts without problem. But that being said, in order to remove the fonts that are currently designated to follow these steps:
Appropriating the file:
-Click on Start Orb > font type in the search box > click on fonts
-Right-click the font > click on properties of
-Click Security tab > click Advanced
-Click on owner > click Edit
-Select your user name > click OK
Click OK in the Windows security boxChange the permissions of the file:
-Click permissions > click change permissions
-Select your user name > click Edit
-Check allow for total control
- -Click OK
- -Click OK
Click Yes in the Security Windows box-Click OK
You will need to remember your font names that you want to remove.
Delete the file:
You will need to start mode safe mode with command prompt
Restart your computer and press F - 8 continuously, it will bring to your Advanced Boot Options, select Safe mode with command prompt.
Once you have started:
In the command prompt, navigate to the fonts:
-type c:\windows\fonts cd > press on enter
-type del "font name" > press on enter * do not use quotation marks around the name of the fontThis should bring you to an own command prompt.
Once you're done > Ctrl + Alt + Delete > select Restart from the down arrow to the right of your screen and start Windows normally.
Hope this helps
As noted in the Windows Security box; This may cause Windows to do things differently. Make sure you know which fonts you remove and Windows didn't need them before you remove all of the protected system fonts. This could cause many complications with your Windows installation.
