  Could a right click on the PDF file > open with > choose program by default and select CD player as default PDF Viewer.

  You can do it from the control panel as well.

  This would make CD player as default PDF Viewer.

  I have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC product. This is the basic player just to view the PDF files. I saw the feature "Send for signature" and when I click on upgrade, it takes me to a Web page to pay for an annual subscription of $24.00. I don't see any kind of trial, which is ok I guess.   The PDF in particular (i - 864.pdf) is a special type of PDF form called a static XFA form.

  Unfortunately, mobile applications of the Acrobat Reader (for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone) do not accept the static or dynamic XFA forms created with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
