  Hello, my son got a gift card for xbox live gold to her aunt for Christmas.  I had an account hotmail for more than 20 years. When I try to save him they ask for a credit card? I don't have a credit card, and they don't accept paypal or personal check.  There is a $100 gift that my son could not use.  Can someone please explain it to me that I'm supposed to do? Seems very unfair to my son, for a gift that he thought he was going to love.

  Hello!  The first person you should contact is your bank.  They can place a hold on funds and initiate the procedure for fraud on the charge.  They also are the ones that will most likely put an end to your card and issue you a new one with different numbers.
