Free membership randomly added to my account
Somehow, a free subscription was added to my account. For this reason, my main account does not work, I have 2 GB of storage, and nothing is synchronization.

I replied to your other post, your account had a problem that have been supported.
You must log out of the desktop Adobe Creative application cloud and then again as suggested above to activate the CC.
Please check the storage in following Storage Quota and file | CCM
The storage must be 71 GB.

First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I remember with an offer for Adobe photography plan ($9.99 / month) 3-4 months back. However, when I go to my Adobe ID, manage accounts, it shows that I have a ' free membership creative cloud. " I'm in charge $9.99 each month even if (the last charge on my card of credit being 5-Sep-2015)

We were members of creative cloud and when the membership was to be renewed, we asked one month free. This leads to 2 accounts creative cloud on our page... a renewed and paid for and the other related to the temporary use. How get rid of the temporary use of a month? They both have the same ID and both appear on the administration page. Thank you.

How to cancel my subscription to Photoshop? I tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud, but my account says it's a free membership, so there is no option to cancel it, even though I pay $10.49 every month.

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. My other updates for the applications worked and they open yet Photoshop is not.

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

By mistake I installed Creative cloud (or maybe Adobe Application Manager) on my MBP and now cannot open Lightroom 6 without having agreed to the team of specialists. It's a free membership, so it is said in my account, but I would definitely rather simply by using the software as before. All of my Adobe software a long time, purchases in its entirety and upgrades since then. If I try to uninstall creative cloud it says that it cannot install because the software is to use... I guess it's Lightroom or Photoshop. I don't know what's this free membership and won't begin to be accused of using all my software that I already bought.
If I go to "manage my account" there is now an option 'Cancel' as described in other forums.
I guess I'm asking: How can I get my creative cloud stuff out and just open my purchased Adobe software?
