  • How can I prevent the download of the iCloud for iPhone photo library

I bought my wife a new iPhone 6s more 16 GB for Christmas. She likes to take pictures with his iPhone, and she has many grandchildren phoos. I thought that his photos could be uploaded to iCloud and shared with his Macbook Pro that has 1 TB of storage and remove iPhotos on the iPhone, freeing a storage capacity on the iPhone, but I think that as soon as I upload the photos in iCloud, they will be reinstated in the iPhone. I must admit, I am completely confused about the iCloud shares the concept, so I thought I would ask experts. Currently, she has so many photos on her phone that she cannot download new applications. • How to extract deleted the file from itunes backup iPhone photos

I bought an iPhone 16G 6 s two months ago and the storage is in short lately. So I deleted a large number of items than the iPhone, especially for photos and videos. But now, I realized there were 3 important photos deleted by mistake. Luckliy, I backed up the device with iTunes. I know that iTunes is the official way to restore an iPhone. In my case, I only need to restore these 3 photos, there is no need to restore the whole itunes backup. How can I retrieve pictures only from the backup file?

You can't isolate only the photos in the backup file

You will need to do a restore - fix these pictures and re delete others

Help! My icloud is connected on my two devices (iphone and ipad). I want my iphone photos to syncronyze with my ipad. But I don't want the photos from my ipad to sync with my iphone. What can I do?

iCloud is not configured in this way. If you are connected with the same Apple ID, photos from the two devices will be synchronized to iCloud and vice versa.

  • Download multiple photos to iCloud for iPhone

    Hello

I'm trying to find a way to upload several photos at the same time of the iCloud on my iPhone. I took a folder from my computer Windows 10 and placed in the iCloud folder. He did download all these photos, about 100 of them. I opened icon iCloud, since my iPhone Home screen, and all the photos are in the folder.

The problem is, I don't see a way to download the photos on my phone. I can select several pictures, but I don't see the possibility of moving photos from one place to another within iCloud. If I open a photo it will then allow me to save the image on my iPhone, but I don't want to have to do it manually for each photo.

Is there a way I can move the entire folder of iCloud on my iPhone without doing this manually? I don't want to have to open each image, click on another icon, then click on save to the phone option, it would take a very long time.

If option 2 would just directly connect my phone to my computer and download the file to my phone via iTunes. However, it seems that this option is no longer available. When I selected my phone from iTunes, as if I want to sync my phone, but click on the 'Photos' option on the left, there is nothing that shows. The only thing that shows a message says "iCloud Photos is on. iPhone can access the photos in iCloud. Photos can be downloaded to your device via Wi - Fi or cellular network." It used to be that if I placed a folder in my photo album on my computer, it would automatically put this album on my iPhone folder when I did a sync via iTunes and is no longer does that. I don't know if there was some option that I disabled or if it is no longer do.

Someone has suggestions on how to easily do so that I can keep a clean and well organized album without a lot of hassle or everything is mixed together, or without having to save each image individually?

    Thanks for any help,

    Zines

Instead of using iCloud Drive, add those photos from your PC to the photo library to iCloud. On your phone, with the same identifier Apple and iCloud library enabled, photos will be sync to iCloud on your phone and stay in the synchronized.

Hi - I created a photo album on my iMac with 241 photos in it, but my iPhone shows that 220 photos from the same album. I've deleted the album and created a second time, but got the same result, only 220 photos appear. I 2.9 GB available in iCloud, so it can't be the issue.

Try the settings/iCloud and remove the synchronization. Wait a few minutes and then resynchronize.

Have you tried the signature to iCloud and then reconnect?

  • Geolocation and the timestamp in iphone > iCloud > iMac - what Photos Dungeon?

    Hello

my employer takes 4 cameras with SD cards, 1 iphone more than 6s and 45 odd customers out in January. We are trying to work on how I can access the photos they take to create photo albums custom without us catching up to directly download of SD cards on the iMac (me in the office... a few hours drive...)

So far, they just bought the iphone 6 s more and were planning to do a SD card reader to pick up the phone and import photos. Then synchronization using "my photo stream" so that I can see the images on the desktop iMac. (also nine).

What worries me is that my workflow has the timestamp of all the images, also the geo-tagging. Up to now I imported directly from an SD card directly on the iMac and date stamps camera are here. I'm afraid I'll lose this information via iCloud.

Please can someone confirm what metadata are kept intact during the transfer? That is to say iphone > icoud > imac for editing and album creation?  I know about 4 000 pictures in January, so I really need them stamped and geo tagged.

    Thank you, Pippa

    Edited to add:

Combinations of material used for this project:

6 sec more than 64 GB iPhone

iMac 27 inches the big one!

SD cards with several Cameras Nikon «cool pix»

Final result: individual customer photo printed by Apple albums.

Wanted to add - they look a "lightning of SD card reader.

  • Photos downloaded from iCloud are wrong to timestamp

Recently, I put my iPhone to "Optimize storage" so that my photos are all housed in iCloud. I always liked keep a backup of my photos on my Mac library. The problem is that when I download pictures from iCloud Photos, all files have a creation date of the day of the download instead of the day, that the photo was taken in fact!

I searched online and read the suggestions in the "export Original", but I think it's the old Photos? Right now, all I see on iCloud.com > Photos is a download top-right button.

iCloud is displayed the photos with all the dates on the right. But it came out on my Mac, all the details are missing... Really disappointed because I don't want to have to manually date everything. There must be a solution?

  • Photos of iCloud is not equal to iPhone Photos

For the 1st time, I decided to take a look at my photos online on icloud.com--> iCloud Photos from iCloud complained that my storage was almost full.

When I compare my icloud.com photos with my iphone Photos, the content is totally different.

    I wonder why?

Until today I had used my photo stream on the iPhone and the opening.

Everything seemed to work as expected, IE: photos taken on my iPhone would be present in Aperture.

    Can anyone shed light regarding:

1 - Why the Photo content iPhone and iCloud online Photos are different?

2-if I delete the pictures online what will happen to the Photos on my iPhone or vice versa?

    3. can delete the photos online with no impact on my iPhone or opening photos?

Following my iPhone Settings (settings--> Photos & camera)

    + Configuration for opening iCloud.

There is a difference, because your image library to iCloud is not toggled on.

  • Can't see all of my photos in iCloud on iPhone

I no longer see about half of my pictures on my iPhone iCloud 6, although they are still visible in the iCloud himself.

All of my photos in iCloud disappeared from my phone last week when I disconnected icloud photo library to try to restart the download process, as my photos had been stuck on my phone and not entered in the iCloud for a few months.  However, and without doing anything to remedy this situation the past few days, about 1400 photos were put back on my phone last night, of the iCloud - all the photos I have taken with my current phone.

Therefore, is there a way in which I can 'bring back' the remaining photos (i.e. those that I had taken on previous iPhones, are in the iCloud, and who were previously on this iPhone)?  Before the breakthrough last night, I had previously tried the usual solutions (i.e. of library iCloud switching between power; plug my phone wifi connected) but had no joy.  I also talked a great length with appple support on this issue.  The iphone is the only device I have.

    Be grateful for any ideas
