  Looks like you have the default printer configured to be Microsoft XPS Document Writer.  Go to control panel > printers and devices and see which printer is enabled in a green circle.  If this is the XPS Document writer as I suspect, you can right click on your printer and then select "Set as default printer" after you do this, or if you cannot do this, answer with the brand and model of your printer and we are able to help if you have a driver problem.

  Adobe sent me an email with CS5 download for me to reinstall it on my computer because my adobe updates have not updated.   I was trying to open the free trail of streets & trips 2010 but it does not open. Looks like it is downloaded ok (when I go to properties it says that the file is of 1.32 GB) but whenever I try to open it, he keeps trying to install it or he only asks me if I want to uninstall or install, when I try to open it. At first, I thought it was my computer, then I asked my wife to install and run it on his own, but it does the same thing. We never had streets and trip previously loaded on computers. I downloaded from the microsoft site and CNET (2xs each). so I don't know what is the problem with our computers. has anyone else had a problem with the opening of the free trail 2010 also? • I can not install on the new iMac ElCapitan 10.11 c5: click on install and says 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.

  I downloaded the Illustrator c5 for Mac file. When I click in following the instructions on the INSTALLATION it says

  It is also the same for Photoshop InDesign and Adobe PDF Pro.

  Any suggestions for how to install it?

  I downloaded, tried, deleted the download, re-uploaded, re-trying too INSTALL several times and still the same issue.

  I could solve the problem by creating a USB bootable from the downloaded file. DMG file (which is still too too complicated).

  In disk utility, add a USB and delete all content. Once this is done, you can double-click on the dmg to mount the adobe files. From there, you can return to the disk utility, and go into the second part of the now deleted USB (probably without title if you don't rename). Click on restore and select the CD to restore from (I'm on El Capitan beta, a few different stages so that it is). It takes a bit to restore, but once it's done, you can launch the installation of the usb now.

  Surprised, I can install both CS4 and CS5.5 downloads, simply not CS5, which is what leads me to believe that the file is buggy if it is not started from a disk.

  The upgrade of Mac OS X El Capitan, I decided to reformat my hard drive and start over again. I have PES 9 installed since ages and it always meets my needs. I lost the installer downloaded originally a long time ago, so I downloaded an installer of Adobe's PSE9 - I actually done twice, once in March and once today. Download is fine, open the DMG is fine and everything seems to be there. However, when I run the application 'Install', I get the message ' 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image. "The behavior is the same for the two installation programs downloaded.

  OK, so I had to download the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner tool and read the "README" doc first and uninstalled the files properly (instead of just deleting), and then I used the cleaning tool. Worked like a charm! Now I can reinstall the programs again!

  It would take an app (or two) on the device that can open Excel files.  Search for KingSoft Office, WPS Office, or download Excel for Android on the Store.

  Yes, it's sort of permissions problem in the original account. See replace your preferences for the paths to the folders where preferences are written (they are HIDDEN in your user library files, so if you don't know how to find them, see library user access hidden files |) (Mac OS 10.7 and later ). You don't have to bother following the direction to reset preferences that link - it will not help-, but the first thing is to try to rename the two files to InDesign and restart normally.

  If this fails, delete the two folders in the original account, and then copy into the account that works and put copies in the original account. This should get ID to open, but it does not guarantee ease of use without flaw.

• Working Photoshop CS5 suddenly says trial has expired and does not accept the serial code

  I had Photoshop CS5 installed on two computers for several years without problem.  Now on the Windows 7 machine does not open all of a suddenly and said that the trial has expired, while he rejects the serial code which worked and which shows again that code on the other computer (XP), which still works fine.
