  • Games, Windows XP Professional

I am using Windows XP Professional with wireless internet from a host computer. Whenever I play a game on facebook, it disconnects me from the internet after a few minutes of play. He used to disconnect after 20 minutes of play, but now it's all a few minutes. I have no problem watching videos or play music from the internet. I checked my router and adapter, and they seem to work fine. I have also looked at my antivirus software and that you have selected a game profile to make sure that the updates would not interfere with my game. I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED. It seems that my neighbors wireless was interfering with mine. I changed the settings and now I'm back to play games without disconnection.

Hello. To activate the other native components of Windows, go to start > Control Panel > programs. In "programs and features", you will see "turn Windows features. Go ahead and go to 'games '. Expand it '+' and check out the games you want. Checking the box next to 'games' will add all.

  • Dual monitor boot problem with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit after installation of any graphics program like a game.

I have built this platform with the help of the owner of a store of 4 cumputer teir 2 years ago. We initially put Windows Vista 32 bit on the system to Vista 64 bit unstable atm. For 2 years, the computer worked like a dream. Last week I made a clean wipe of windows vista and windows 7 professional 64-bit installed. The system has two monitors. The primary monitor is a sony bravia with 26 "led and secondary for watching movies is that a 55 '' led Samsung 1080 p 240 Hz. The graphics card is a geforce GTX 295 nividia. It has 12 GB of Ram and the CPU is an i7 965 @3.20.

The problem I have is this. After the installation of any game average to work with windows 7, the screens to reset their resolutions automatically more than a few times as they are confused. Sometimes, I have to return the screen to its correct resolution after installation in full. Most of the games and then run fine. After installing the game or any game designed for win 7 startup of computers is all messed up for the monitors. After starting hand 26 "sets its resolution and then after about a second 30 pause the computer makes the sound (the double) that it is resolutuons to reset monitor again? After that this second reset about 1-2 minutes the computer is good to go, unless it sets the res evil. The problem is the computer has never done that with vista and it is very annoying say the least. It still freezes the installation of some games. The only way to resolve what I found is the restoration of the system. The computer starts normally and screen ground is defined once she has always been. The only problem is when you install another game, the problem is their new. This problem is worse in some games.

The latest nvidia drivers have been installed. There is no conflict in the device with the exception of an old printer Manager. The two comes is set to 60 hertz. I searched all over the internet and there seems to be a problem with windows 7 without solution. I am at a loss. Any other information that you need let me know and I'll post it. Thank you!

    Hi ancientone618,

It sounds almost as if there is a Windows update that is in conflict with your NVIDIA Driver Installer.  I would say to disable automatic updates of Windows to see if it might help:

In addition, please see the article with some useful information:

  • MS wrote that Windows 7 Professional comes with MS Games; they have disappeared. How can I get them?

I bought a HP Pavilion, manufacturer dv7 - 3098ca, with Windows 7 Professional installed.  There are 2 directories with the word 'game' - HP - games and games.  They both contain the same set of HP games (2 identical sets).  According to Microsoft, Windows 7 comes with the same games that have been installed with Vista business, normally residing in the games directory.  Can someone tell me how to get the Microsoft Games that were supposed to be included with this system?

Normally, you should see games under all programs. You can even search for games under boot and search for the Games Explorer button.

If you see missing, perform these steps to install them:

    1. click on start, control panel

    2. open programs and features

    3. click on "turn Windows features on or off".

    4. uncheck the games

    5. click on OK

    6 restart the system

    7. Repeat steps 1-3. Check the option games

    8. click on OK

9 restart the system... the games should be back now

  • Satellite A300 - 20 p - games with Windows 7 not working not not using full screen

    I have Satellite A300 - 20 p and VGA ATI 3650
I did the upgrade to Windows 7 Professional

All games works fine but not full screen. I installed the latest driver for ATI for Windows 7. He worked in full screen in Vista prior to upgrade.

Same problem on my brother's cell phone after he made the upgrade to Windows 7.

    Hello

Normally you can change the resolution of the screen in every game and if they should run full screen or not. Check this box!

Can you also tell us what display driver you have installed? Pilots of the Toshiba page are for maps of office and not for mobile maps. So please only use the Toshiba drivers.

  • Solitaire for Windows 7 Professional

When the upgrade to Windows 7 Professional to Windows 7 Standard, I lost loner.  No idea where to download a version that works on Windows 7.  Prefer to use Microsoft Solitaire.  Also MicroSoft Mail wasn't in professional packing.

Problem #1: You lost Solitaire in Windows 7 home moving to Windows 7 Professional

    Suggestion:
Press windows at the bottom left of the screen and type of features. You should see 'Turn Windows features on the wide. Click on that
Press on the + key next to games and put a check mark next to Solitaire and press OK. If there is already a check, uncheck the box and press OK, and then repeat that suggestion.

Problem #2: Microsoft Mail in Windows 7 Professional
    Suggestion:
There is no such thing as a Microsoft Mail. If you are talking about Windows Live Mail, then you can download it at the following ADDRESS: http://download.live.com/wlmail
If you talk about Microsoft Outlook (formerly Outlook Express), then you have to buy it separately from Windows in the following Office 2007, available here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx
    I hope this helps.
