I noticed that UrbanAirship pushed a new version of their plugin recently that upgrades several dependencies (see the diff). Some of them is not yet supported on PhoneGap Build. Lock your AU plugin to 5.2.0 and everything should work as before:

  • Replication fails with the-501 error

    Hi all

    My replica jobs suddenly all fail with error - 501 (I can't find any info one that means), but that's what shows the log to replicate:

    Replicate version1.3.0 generation R2

    From backup

    Folder lock target: /...

    File recovery is «...»

    P2P connection to the nas-xy-xy (distance RN102)

    X cannot connect to the nas-34-xx-yy (local RN104)

    X the connection - 501 error code

    X please verify the network connection between the devices

    This worked very well for months since the last update 6.5.1 I'm not aware of any changes that I made in each of the configurations.

    Both RN do not appear in ReadyCloud, Replicate sees the two RN in the network tab but when starting a job to replicate my local RN on the RN remote I get the above fault message.

    I am very reluctant to upgrade to 6.5.2 that it worked very well on 6.5.1 for so long and I did not really pleasant experiences for the latest updates...

    Someone at - it similar experiences (I'm inclined to think that the issue is on the server to replicate as it happened before that jobs has failed for a period, but succeeded after a few days without any changes on my side.

    Any suggestion that means this error - 501 (and how to fix it)?

    And if all fails, I'm getting a little tired of the repeated questions, someone at - it an installation of certificates SSH on the RN to activate RSYNC over SSH?

    Any comment is very appreciated!

    Yes, just tried it and got that job, turns out that apart from the source and target parameters that needs to be identical to the old job, also the name of the work is essential, it must be exactly the same as the lost job. (on the target files side are stored in a folder named after the name of the task, found that rather confused, but either way, once you are aware of it...)

    Don't have that and I got my old RESUME jobs where they left, it looks like I'm back in business.

    Thanks for your support!

    So I tried to download KB979482 here:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-US/Download/details.aspx?ID=9622 and run it standalone.

    However, when I try this, Windows Update Standalone install displays the message"this update does apply to your system."

    I can live with that (if the message is actually true). But if if this patch does not apply to my system, then why Windows Update keep trying to install it as an update 'important '? How can I get off the list so that the Windows Update log is not cluttered with all of the failed attempts?   Finally, I ran Windows Update Fixit tool available.  He fixed a couple of things (default location, another minor config) but not this problem.

    P.S. running BitDefender 2012 if it matters...

    To answer my own question, you can reset the status of the following method KB2509997 8 download and rename the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution. It would be nice if there was a less force brute to do this, because she loses all your update story and settings, but at least it works.

  • Automatic failover with Transport and apply Lag fails with ORA-16798

    Hello
    I configured a physical database maximum Performance, accelerated failover mode standby. I set FastStartFailoverLagLimit to 3 hours (10800 seconds).

    If I understand the Oracle documentation, Fast-Start failover should work with Max Performance, as long the Transport timeout is whithin the FastStartFailoverLagLimit.

    So I started a few scripts, generated some loading, so I have a Transport and apply the shift of 3-4 Minutes.
    Then I killed pmon to cause an automatic failover.

    Failover failed with ORA-16798.

    I know, there is Note 846087.1 , which describes the problem, but I thought that automatic failover should work in this configuration.
    Is this a bug or am I wrong?

    Thank you very much in advance.

    The FastStartFailoverLagLimit property specifies the amount of data, in seconds, during which the standby database target can

    delay on the main database on the recovery plan applied. If again applied Eve point database notes that many

    seconds of the primary database redo point generation, accelerated tipping is allowed.

    Errors show a gap for sequences 34-37, which is not optimal for a fast failover.

    Even if FastStartFailoverLagLimit is set to 3 hours, there is too much data loss for the standby site because newspapers are not available on the backup server and the Broker cannot activate the Pb of the day before.

    I recommend to to lean on increase the bandwidth network.

  • Automated kickstart install fails with no file or directory; ' / tardisks/net_qlcn.v00 '

    I try to install ESXi 5.5u2 via kickstart on an ISO. I added the CF and Eth drivers for the card to ISO using imagebuilder, and moves very well. If I then try to change the ISO with the kickstart file, updated the boot.cfg and isolinux.cfg, the installation will fail with the above error.

    Work:

    ESXi vanilla ISO, mount iso, install copy files to the directory add ks.tgz, boot.cfg, isolinux.cfg to the directory, create iso using genisoimage. Kickstart unattended installation.

    Work:

    ImageBuilder ISO with drivers 8242, interactive installation

    Does not:

    ImageBuilder iso, copy the Directory installation files, add ks.tgz, boot.cfg, isolinux.cfg to the directory, create iso using genisoimage. Kickstart unattended installation.

    Once the installation fails I can go down the directory tree and confirm that there are no net_qlcn.v00 in /tardisks.

    Andreas Peetz seems to have this problem with its gui customizer, but I think not that the fix posted by glroman apply here. =(

    At this point, it seems that the installer is not extracting the net_qlcn.v00 for some reason any

    Found the problem: my generation process used the same boot.cfg for each generation, rather than pull the boot.cfg out of the norm iso source and changes before the reconstruction of the iso.

  • createModelEntity module vCAC fail with java.lang.Double cannot be cast in java.lang.Short

    With the help of plugin vCAC (5.1) I tried to create an entity PhysicalMachine vCAC.  Couple of attributes of the entity PhysicalMachine is numeric.

    For example: to create a PhysicalMachineEntity I send you under properties map to createModelEntity

    var physicalMachineProps = {}

    PhysicalMachineID = "UUID".

    MemoryInMB = 1121,

    Processor = 2 speed,

    Name of the vendor = "Seller,"

    AssetTag = "ALEX."

    Model = "usrLbl."

    ServiceTag = "DN,"

    Location = 0

    createModelEntity always fail with java.lang.Double cannot be cast as a java.lang.Short error. Rhino still get converted to java.lang.Double and its plugin failure looks like number type. How can we force type is short

    One has seen elsewhere. Appreciate any inputs on this.

  • Connection to the machine to ESX4 Wizard fails with "connection refused".

    Environment: ESX 4 server, hosting VMware Studio 2.0 (final version), will deploy device created in the same ESX host.

    -

    In my profile generation, generation settings section, I chose VMware ESX/ESXi 4.x and entered the Connection Wizard...

    Host, Port, user, password fields are filled.

    Connection test fails with the following message is displayed:

    Failed: error connecting to the server " " https://x.x.x.x:443/sdk/vimService ': connection refused

    My initial inspection is that it is probably caused by the server proxy/ISA on our network. It is know to cause some problems with https connections and some browsers. I am not sure that it is the first cause, but this is my first guess.* *.

    There are balls that can confirm?

    Is it possible to force a non-secure http connection?

    No, it's not a way to connect by using http.

    Try the following:

    stop /etc/init.d/VAMI-SFCB

    http_proxy = / opt/vmware/sbin/vami-sfcbdhttp://your_proxy:proxy_port;

    Now, try the user interface.

  • Problem with Plugin Adobe XI

    Just installed Adobe reader XI as an upgrade and now I can't view some of my documents to pdf without adobe standards trying to launch a plugin from "fileopen.com."

    Tried this and followed the instructions to download a plugin, but it fails with the following error:

    Fileopenmanagerservice service could not be installed. Please check that you have enough privege to install.

    Sure I have administrator rights so am a bit frustrated, why do I need to do all this just to open a pdf document and read it as I did before.

    Am running Windows 7 and Mozilla Firefox

    Help...

    FileOpen is one of the many security add-ons for Adobe Reader and Acrobat. They are designed to control who can use or copy a PDF file, in order to protect the copyright, etc. etc.

    If you have problems with the plugin, you have to contact the manufacturer of the plug-ins (http://www.fileopen.com/ in this case) or the machine to PDFs. It is normal to need a new plug-ins whenever you upgrade to Acrobat or Reader.

    Worst of all, sometimes plug-ins are abandoned and no more work with newer versions, which means that the information is lost for you. It is to consider if you buy the copyrighted material.

  • How to implement urban airship in Adobe DPS

    Hello

    We would use airship urban to deliver push notifications. According to the adobe documentation set I ve implemented all created the account to the urban airship, built the new application at the request of the manufacturer, downloaded the files required to a server.

    But in the urban airship there is any device recorded so I can´t send a test message. Thanks to the support of urban airship I implement source code to the app--but that's unpossible, isn´t it?

    Is there anyone with experience in UA?

    THX

    This article here will help you to start and give an overview of the use of the urban airship with DPS. Scroll down to halfway to the section "How to integrate with the provider to push urban airship.

  • Cannot CreateProcess with plugin, AccessDenied returns error 5

    Hello

    Base:

    WinAPI call to CreateProcess fails with Access Denied.

    Details:
    SDK version 10

    Adobe Reader version 10

    Tested Vista 64-bit/Win7 32-bit environments

    More:

    I'm developing a plugin that will be used to easily export a PDF file in an application.  I added an Additional menu item to the file menu item to do this.  The final step for export is to call the application with a pointing to the file to export command line parameter.

    I have to do this by calling the windows API CreateProcess. I tested everything in its own environment and it works properly, however, when it is run as a plugin for Adobe Reader X, it fails and returns ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED (error 5).

    So far, it has been tested on Vista and Windows 7 with UAC, and user accounts have full administration and ownership of the called executable privileges.

    Is it possible to do what I'm doing here and create a new process from a plugin?

    Thank you, Isaac

    Edit: CreateProcessAsUser, CreateProcessWithLogon these two not so.  I also tried from the custom in CreateProcess security attributes with no luck.

    You should consult the documentation on the new "Protected Mode" in the drive

    who can help me, I will thank you very much

    Hello

    Please, deselect the option of Flash Player in Setup before you begin the installation and see if the installation is successful. (Please uninstall Flash Builder and restart the computer before trying to reinstall)

    If this does not help, please run the cleaning of CS5 with option to uninstall Flash player and FB, restart after having cleaned and now reinstall FB (selection also the Flash Player)

    CS5 tool can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs5clean.html

    Please let us know if this helps you.

    Thank you
