  We have recently submitted an app for amazon and now have the following problems:

  The app has been accepted by amazon and shows on Amazon.com in the category ' Apps for Android. In addition, it is visible/available in the amazon appstore app when I install it on an Android (e.g. samsung galaxy tab). But unfortunately the app does not appear when I search in the appstore on the kindle fire HD 7 "(it was primarily intended for the device). The file apk (v25) works very well when you slide manually on the kindle fire HD.

  Aside from that, it is strange that the app on amazon.com page shows me the message that I am not eligible download the app due to geographic restrictions (I live in Germany and Amazon it lists as a country caught in charge).   In the manual I ve of DPS read Amazon first assesses the application for approval in the Appstore, and then it evaluates to the fire. This could be the reason? It s about 12 days since our application has been accepted by amazon.

  We use a separate account of DPS to our kindle folio.

  We chose the "Amazon Appstore for Android" setting in App Builder and "restricted renditions" are disabled.

  Version of DPS is 25 (in folio and kiosk).

  Windows 8 Metro Apps and the store will not open once again.

  I was unable to open Metro applications and Windows store.   I received help suggesting that I create a new user.   It worked for a day.   Then, I was not able to open Metro applications using the newly created user account.    So I tried to create another user, with another email address and the password that is different.  I received an error message that something went wrong and new account has been created not Code error 0 x 0070003.    Then I removed the new user created the day before and I tried again.  Same result.

   

  I ran SFC/scannow and received the error message the Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.   Details in Log/CBS.log.    I was unable to open this file to view details - need to contact the administrator.    My user has ability to administrator access code.

   

  I ran Refresh and error message received: redraw of your PC problems.  Has been no change.

   

  What can I do so that I can access metro Apps and Windows Store?

  The magnetic site says the requirements are for Windows XP or higher. However, it is not on the Windows Vista or the Windows 7 Compatibility Center.

  You can try the following to see if it will help with compatibility. If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.
  Use the following steps:
  (1) right click on the program
  2) click Properties
  3) click on the Compatibility tab
  (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

  I went with a heavy-handed approach.

  1. Go to the app Store
  2. CTRL-Z (or full of up and down) to see the App bar
  3. Select your applications
  4. In the drop-down list box, select applications
  5. Locate the application Mail, calendar, and messaging
  6. Tap to select
  7. Click on install to reinstall

  As a side note, I wish there is a uniform act for select items. Sometimes it's a tap, sometimes it's one down, sometimes, it's a movie on the side.
