  What I want to do is, interactive report should show the entire file on the table, but it should not show the link edit against the id of the record if this particular record id is present in table B.
  
  For example: .

• Interactive reports will change the order of columns

  Hi all
  
  Have experienced this for the 3rd time now. The other times I just create a new report with the request in the order you wish to fix. But it starts to become annoying now...
  
  When I use the arrows to change the column order on my reports interactive nothing happens when running. The new order is saved and appears that way in design mode, but does not change the order on the report.
  
  Please let me know if you know how to solve this problem, or if Miss me just something really obvious.

  Hey,.

  Changing the order in the attributes report is more an effect, since the default report parameters overwrite it.

  If you want to change the order of the columns, you must go through the menu actions of the interactive report, then choose the column selection menu item, change the order and press ok.

  Then save this order order by default, you go to the action menu again and choose save report option this time, select "primary" or "Save as default" depending on your version of apex (this option is available only if you are connected as a developer in the generator of the apex). Then press the ok button again.

  Other users will only see the changes if they press the reset button on their version of empathy.

It has a series of buttons for Sections of the catalogue and when the user presses the button he fills a hidden element that is in the where the criteria catalogue, all it works fine with one exception:

  It also helps explain what you tried (even better, Show us what you have tried on apex.oracle.com).

  You can view the IR to the default icon via a dynamic Action: + {: identifier of the thread = 2187972} + (obviously using "ICON" rather than "RETAIL"...)

  However, do you really intend to make use of other interactive report features? It seems that the report display is controlled by custom buttons, rather than shares of IR (filters, control breaks etc.). If this is the case then a standard report based on a custom template may be a better option than to try to work around all that offer interactive reports.

• Updated interactive report based on shuttle Page

  I am trying to create an interactive report based on the selected items in a shuttle service.  On the page there is a page entitled P2_ITEMS element which is a shuttle service.  It displays a list of items for the user to choose and returns the item_id, the primary key of the main table.  I then an interactive report on the same page that displays data for the item_ids selected in the shuttle.  I use the sql query below in my interactive report, but nothing shows up in my report.  How can I get the interactive report to be updated when items are selected in the shuttle?

  I had an interactive report which takes place based on PL/SQL query.

  Now, I would get the interactive report in vertical layouts.

  For example: the names of columns are EMP_ID, EMP_NAME, DESIGNATION

  Now the interactive report is as

  EMP_ID, EMP_NAME DESIGNATION

  1                    Anu                       Lead

  I would change the above interactive report as,

  EMP_ID 1

  EMP_NAME Anu

  DESIGNATION of lead.

  How can I achieve this?

• Paramerterized interactive reports - is there a quick fix to stop the query to run when the page is entered before user by clicking OK.

  Currently, when the user enters the page interactive report runs (unless the user hitting ' go') and - does no data found because one "parameterized" field is required and the sql is not set to NULL values.

  I'm looking for a way to not run a query at all -until the user hits go for the first time on the page - each time that they re - enter the page in the same session, it would be OK to auto submit the query.

  I believe that I can install a hidden item and check on my interactive report E1 not null.  Then create a 'calculation' on 'after bid"that would set this value to a value - say 1.

  I can't seem to be able to get this to work however.

  You have two regions, research and order Type. You have items in the two regions. However, I think you are talking about the area "Search" when you say 2 parameters.

  If you want to just display IR when the user clicks on 'Go' or click on 'Go' earlier in the same session, then I suggest,

  • Create a new item of the hidden page, P6_SHOW_IR
  • Create page process that runs when the user clicks on the button 'Go '. Here to update the value of P6_SHOW_IR 'Y '.
  • Create a branch that connects to the same page with "State of Session saving" checked (connections conditional, when click on the button "Go")
  • Set "Conditions" for the region of infrared, so it displays only when the value of the P6_SHOW_IR element is Y

  I have a page on request with an interactive report (IR) and a card provided by card Oracle APEX. I have a text box and a button "submit". The user enters a value in the text box, clicks submit, and I run an international registration based on this value.
  Everything works well. The problem is that when I hit submit, the page is submitted to the interactive report, which translates the map have to reload, which is really messy.
  
  How can I get the interactive report to run without submitting the entire page? I can't understand in 4.0.2.00.07.

  It sounds like I want to I am registered at tryapexnow.com and set up a test page with a text box, a "submit" button and an IR based on the content of the text box. In the definition of region IR, I put the text box such as the 'Page elements to send.
  Then, I created a dynamic Action "Refresh" to update the IR area when the user clicks the submit button.
  I've tested this and it worked exactly as I wanted - i.e. IR is based on the box without a full page sent.
  
  Problem is it's all in 4.1, which is probably a few weeks of production. Something similar is possible in 4.0.2.00.07?

  I think that you will need to create two dynamic actions. A type of PL/SQL block with null; as a source and enter to go. The second Action is update dynamic region...

• An interactive report partial Page Refresh

  I use apex 4.0.1 and I have a page with an interactive report that displays different data to the user. The user can change the data by clicking on a column that uses a href link to open a page of DML in a modal window. The user can then modify some data in the modal window, tap on save that closes the modal window and uses the process of partial page refresh to refresh the report. (With the help of apex.event.trigger('#SOME_REGION'), 'apexrefresh')).
  
  If I navigate through the interactive report to show lines 31 to 45 and then click a href to edit a record. Pressing save, the interactive report is updated, but the displayed lines goes back to 1-15.
  
  How can I get the interactive report for stay showing lines 31 to 45?

  Have you logged in as Apex_Public_USER or person? You can save the report only when logged in as a developer (default report parameters) or by using a valid user for the execution of time-saving features.
