  APPARENTLY this problem has been resolved; that is, not by one of the authors of the response. I solved it. I tried Reset search 0.2 and found it did NOTHING. Same problem: whenever you open a new tab, Bing opens the cursed thing (I blame Mozilla because when I installed the package I got from their website, he informed me during the installation it was optimized for Bing and I LOATHE Bing and was angry because no other solution non-Bing has been offered), NOT the page new tab by default with the aspects of page used recently on this subject.
