  It turns out that the offending userstyle was obsolete. Updated and everything is fixed.

  This is the plugin GoogleEnhancer. Disable the that and the problem will stop.

• Distillation/Printing Postscript files with TrueType fonts

  We have the possibility to include marketing inserts full pages (PDF format) in our documents/letters. These inserts put in the full postscript file that we send to a printing facility to print and send.

  Whenever a new insert marketing is created, I run an audit before the flight custom to ensure that fonts are included and transparent do not exist.

  The thing is, we use a few printing facilities, they have printing problems of resources/PDF files into postscript that have TrueType fonts. I also see some errors when I try to distill files with TrueType fonts: "Impossible to extract the embedded police 'JOLMKC + Times-Roman'."  Sometimes, I can edit the PDF to convert Type 1 fonts, but not always. Is it possible to convert TrueType to Type 1? Why TrueType fonts do not work? I did some research, and everything I've read says that TrueType fonts should work in postscript.

  Fix. In my view, that the file PDF is turned via Ghostscript.

  I did eventually find out using Adobe Acrobat 9 (only tried the reader, not Pro), I got all the fonts to Type 1 fonts. I followed the exact same steps as I did in the 11. I don't know if they both incorporate different ways, but each time I have incorporate into 9, it incorporate all Type 1 fonts, not just some of them such as 11.

  I get more concrete information on the technical process, but at this point, I have solved my problem. Thanks for the offer of help!

  Sorting all of the drive is not possible. Perhaps, it can be done by another program I'm not aware of.

  I need help. I have the Microsoft Natural ergonomic 4000 keyboard with IntelliType 8.15 64-bit for Windows 7 installed. I run on a brand new i7 with 9 GB of ram and 1 TB of hard drive.  I just installed Office 2010.  Have you tested this keayboard with Office 2010?

  I bought and returned 2 of these keyboards at my local dealer and two keyboards have the same problem. Preconfigured keys (help, undo, redo, new, open, close, reply, fwd, send, spell, save and print) F1 - F12 do function not all as they are indicated in MS Word 2010 etc. I was able to program my favorites 1-5 with little problem.

  I did the following to try to resolve the problem:
  1. research of virus (clean)
  2. uninstalled the driver and downloaded the last strand 8.15 64
  3 entered the keyboard layout configuration and reset the default settings
  4 tried to manually program the F1 - F12 function keys

  NONE of these things solve the problem.  Which brings me to the conclusion that this keyboard does not have to be 100% compatible with Office 2010.

  Any suggestions / feature of configuration problems feature keys?

  A license?  Yes, but not necessarily for the web. Some licenses permit use on paper or images but not the web.

  I use Firefox on Windows 7 with the option 'Allow pages to choose their own fonts' unchecked.

  Since the update to v33 FF, I noticed that my choice of fonts is not met on some sites, for example, stackoverflow.com (in fact, all the stack Exchange sites) and duckduckgo.com. Instead the fonts are back to Times New Roman, MS Sans Serif and Courier New independently to know if I've specified these fonts as my serif or monospace default without in the FF options | menu content.

  After a lot of digging around, I have noticed that the problem seems to be related to non-standard lang attributes in a HTML pages. For example stackoverflow.com has < body lang = "" > and duckduckgo.com a lang = "en_US." If I manually change the HTML lang = "en" or lang = 'en-US', then FF uses my choice of fonts properly.

  I don't know enough about the HTML standard to say if these sites send me bad HTML, but FF started certainly treat less gracefully.

  NB I can reproduce this behavior on OS X 10.10 (FF v33) and Fedora 20 (v32.0.2 FF).

  Hmm, interesting. So what I see is as follows:

  In Options > content > advanced, I put these Serif fonts:

  • Western character set: Times New Roman
  • Character set other languages: Book Antiqua

  On this site and Google, who both are UTF - 8 encoded with lang = "fr" lang = "en - us" Western serif police is or.

  On both sites you have identified, which are coded with attribute lang unrecognizable UTF-8, the wheelbase of Other Languages values is used.

  So, it sounds as if affecting other languages fonts to your fonts should work around the problem.

  I think that my police Arial have been damaged by an old game (Age of Empires II) I have installed and played with my children this past weekend. This solved my problem. Try to go into the fonts Control Panel by clicking Start, Control Panel, and then click fonts. If you do not see "fonts" then look at the top right of your control panel for the option "view by" and choose "small icons". You can also find it in Windows Explorer when accessing your Windows folder, and then the fonts folder. Mine is in c:\windows\fonts. Once you're here, copy the Arial font by right click on it and choose 'copy' and paste it in a temporary folder of your choice or on the desktop. You can also simply drag it to another folder or on the desktop. It should stick around 9 different versions of the Arial font. Go to the folder that you just pasted on it for, arial.ttf right-click and choose copy, and then return to the control panel fonts, right-click anywhere and choose Paste. It must be said the police is already installed and ask if you want to replace it. Say yes to all instances. If you did it glisser drag on the desktop, then just do drag the fonts Control Panel and say yes to all the questions of installation. Hope this helps you. If you cannot find the arial police in the fonts Control Panel, then your problem is more likely that it has been deleted. You will need to download it somewhere and reinstall. Sorry I can't help you with that.

  Hi Polly.

  You may have a problem with an extension or plugin that obstructs normal behavior of your Firefox. Have you tried to disable all add-ons (just to see) to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

  In all cases, prove a screenshot would be useful.
