  Linda, I am to support what kpenrose said.  Google has its own weird way to decide when it is that you will receive the invitation.  I signed up for him just at the time I bought my Droid that was in November of last year.  I got the invitation sent me about 3 weeks later.  I saved the invitation and did not decide to use the service until nearly a month after that.  So be grateful if get it any earlier.

• Play a voice message in Google Voice blocks Firefox

  Whenever I click on the 'Play' button on a voicemail in Google Voice Firefox crashes. This has happened with all disabled add-ons, after resets of browser, on the 26 and 27, in safe mode and after a restart of the computer. The only time wherever I could get the shutdown problem was when I completely uninstalled Firefox and deleted all related files and registry entries, then reinstalled. That lasted about a week.

  I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit, NOD32 antivirus, and everything is up-to-date. I run a virus and malware scan every night and have had no problems in this regard. The accident occurred only in FF and Waterfox; Chrome and IE work fine.

  Not sure if this is related, but the Firefox icon pinned to the taskbar will fail periodically launch Firefox, which gives an error "class not found". The icon on the Desktop works fine, and remove the old icon and repinning in the taskbar, the icon of dekstop solves the problem temporarily.

  Hi guys/girls,

  Whenever I have install Google Voice and put in place, some of my calls incoming simply go to voicemail directly without ringing. But I see that 4G LTE takes 4G when the call is supposed to sound. It seems therefore that the call is received and sounds just not. Once I make the phone reset and make wipe cache partition, things are back to normal (i.e. wihout google voice). Anyone else seeing this?

  Google Voice allows conditional call forwarding on the line that install you, so even if Google Voice is out of your phone, the call will always to your Google Voice voicemail number. Is not good, right?

  Dial # 004 # and press call to see if it turns off the conditional call forwarding (if a signal sound once or twice then hang up). I'm not sure what the code is for Cricket, so you may need to do some digging using Google Voice pages on disabling Google Voice forwarding. May be the same as AT & t.

  If you use it as a real phone call and receive calls, so I don't know what is happening that I've never used my Google number like that.

  Start your google voice application and then go into the settings of google voice and set calls to "ask to use google voice each call" or add the google voice widget to a home screen, allowing you to scroll through the settings from the home screen.

Google Voice offers a global service that links in all of your existing lines to a Google Voice number, then forwards incoming calls to all the numbers in the Service Google Voice. The SPA would still require a number of linking Google services. If Google Voice offers a SIP registration, it may be a valid service as an ITSP.

  But to answer in short, the SPA should be able to join the Google Voice service, provided that the SPA has a valid phone number.

  I was previously using XP and google voice chat enabled me to make voice calls. Then my counter top has failed and I had to buy a new machine and which uses windows 7. Can I use is no longer voice chat Google for voice calls. The other person can't hear me; but I can hear them. I bought new headphones, but the problem persists.
