Had to replace my hard drive, computer blocked in 2006

I recently had to replace the hard drive of my laptop. It's a HP Envy 14 Beats Edition Audio t-1200. I confess that I'm not too knowledgeable about computers, so I don't really know how it works, but here's the gist:

With the new hard drive, I noticed that several drivers are several years old, and I can't update. For example, the mouse driver is dated 2006, so I can't do the scroll with 2 fingers, and I was able to with the original hard drive. In addition, I have most any bluetooth application, but I know that my phone is bluetooth capable, because I've used it before. Audio also works differently. Whenever I try to update a driver, he says that everything is up to date. Is it possible that I can get my laptop to be as it was when I bought it? Basically, right now, it's like a computer that would have produced 8 years ago.

I know that these problems are not a huge deal, but I would like to have the computer I originally paid. Help, please!

Ethan

All I can think is to make sure that you have turned on Bluetooth switch.

I see others with other computers of brand having this problem and can't find a solution yet.

I found this Microsoft, but I don't know if the adapter must be seen first or not for the fix to work.
