  I had to replace my HD after an accident on my ASPIRE 5742-6682 laptop and I got an Acer restore disk set and tried to fix it today.  After loading the disc and reboot, it started to load all of the WINDOWS and the drivers... etc.  Must "install LITE-ON crystal eye... utility. "(29 42 installs) and has been stuck there.  Another pop-up - Acer Crystal Eye webcam Installation Wizard window (and said) ' the web camera is not found! Please plug in the camera and try the installation again. »    .. .one problem with this solution, is that I have no camera to connect. The single camera or video camera is built into the laptop. How to solve this problem or go beyond that, the rest of the installation can be completed?

• Can you please help with my installation of Flash problems?

  My Adobe Flash Player (AFP) has disappeared and I can't reinstall it.  I run Win 7 and IE10.  I was fine until 3 days ago.  Support AFP page tells me I do not have the AFP, but it's on my list "uninstall programs".  I have uninstall AFP, reboot, install AFP (using save-run with no error message), restart and check the AFP support page to be told that I don't have to AFP.  I repeated this process several times without success.  I notice that Adobe Reader 11 and my Adobe Elements are located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\ but AFP isn't here.  Help, please!  Thank you.  (PS: Shockwave Flash Object is enabled for both 32-bit and 64-bit.)

  Flash Player is a browser plugin, not an executable program and therefore is not installed under Program Files.

  If you have Shockwave Flash enabled, it means that it is installed.  Maybe you have ActiveX filtering on?  See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968

  Hey there im im sorry to add the number of people who are trying to get their flash player works, ive read a fair few discussions now and nothing seems to work as well now ive wat some of you more advanced posters have noticed and opened my own discussion, any input would be great.

  on youtube (I use flash more for really) sound telling me that I need to update adobe flash, so I followed suit and used the Manager of d/l adobe trying to install flash 10, 1 couple of times it says has failed the verification of integrity, but then installed (or told me he had), although nothing had changed. I looked at the adobe help, got the uninstall application, follow the restrted instructions and tried again... nothing, tried to remove the flag thing in the registry... nothing, has also deleted all my software antivirus and anti-spam apps and installed avg d/led only retried the d/l Manager adobe said once again, she had and nothing... any ideas guy? Here are my specs also

  That explains it - you must have installed version 10.1 beta at some point and not properly uninstalled.

  The link below is a guige to install a video card in your Pc.  In particular, it seems that you will have to perhaps specify the location of the new card in the bios and save this change before you install the new card - see step 4 in the guide on the link below.  If your new card fits into the PCI Express x 16 slot, you will need to define PCI Express in the bios and save the changes.

• I need help with an installation failure to interpret and troubleshoot a Setup log.

  Background: A few years ago, many editors of cinema used Final Cut Pro 6 (also contained in Final Cut Studio 2) for their editing projects.  Shared Apple Final Cut X uses a different format that is not compatible with FCP6.  Sometimes, these editors are called to work on a few historical projects that have been published in FCP6 and need this version to run now.

  Starting with OS X Lion, FCP6 would install not in Lion and thereafter.

  According research by Jeremy Johnston as noted on his blog, he discovered that Apple has inserted a file in the folder CoreServices in the Library folder of the system folder that causes versions the version Final Cut Pro X (and other older Apple programs in the same situation) do not settle.  He suggested changes to this file that would seek to prevent interfering with the installation of FCP6 in Lion, many users of final cut PRO 6 were successful in their efforts to install in Lion and work with it.

  I need help for a specific problem. My laptop came with an installation of Windows 8.1. Then I upgraded to 10 Windows when it became available. After a while, I decided to uninstall Windows completely (to wipe the hard drive) and install a Linux operating system.

  Now, I decided that I want to use some software that is not available on Linux and if I want to reinstall Windows 10. My problem is that Windows has completely disappeared in a form any. So now, I need to download Windows 10 from an official source (which I think can be done fairly easily from the official source of Microsoft, although if there is a better, HP official medium to do this then please recommend it) and then I need to activate Windows some how.

  As has been made clear, I have the right to use Windows 8.1 and 10 but I would need to download Windows 10 and turn it on. Is there a way to do this? I'm literally stuck without solution.

  As long as the previous installation of Windows 10 had activated Ok after upgrade from 8.1, you can simply perform a new installation as described in the guide on the following link.  Note: On the activation screen, select "I don't have a product key" - Windows will activate automatically once installation is complete.

  I understood the basics of bootcamp, but how I'd buy windows, so how would this work? Like, I download the ISO file, run bootcamp, set up, everything. Then the Mac start up in windows, where you must enter the product key. Can we just buy a microsoft product key? Or should I buy a downloadable version of windows, that would say the differences between a download, a drive and a drive flash, and how to define us as upward with bootcamp, what method do we use the ISO version downloaded to?

  New in Indesign, but use other Adobe stuff.

  Try to have a go of Indesign on a trial download of Adobe.

  Loads fine and all seems well until I have try and open it. When I downloaded the tick the box for the trial and not a product key, but when everything is done and I try and open Indesign, I can't even get into all the screens it just has a pop up window saying "License for this product has expired".

  Get very frustrated that tried this 3 times this afternoon and it takes forever to download again each time.

  All could give me a little advice in this please?

  You didn't reset the system clock, by chance, after the first installation? Used to murder trials and darkness doesn't always work (care of rinstalling again and again to avoid buying the license). What Tweak UI or any other utility to tweak system? It is possible, something like that could be messing with the registry and the origin of the problem of license.

  I'm running out of ideas, so if any of the walkers have a suggestion, jump in full.

  For what it's worth, CS4 is an excellent product and normally works very well. I have had no problem justifying the cost upgrade when it came out because it has increased my productivity.
