It is the most reliable workflow. Use resulting from these PDF files (or EPS files) with embedded fonts always gives you the full loyalty of the fonts used initially. Describing the text gives out bloated, low quality text. But if you want outlining when the PDF was created, you must do these Exhibitor in your authoring application.
