How can I cancel it and get a refund? I think it's because I didn't renew my CC at the time, but I don't want a second account. How can I go to get rid of one that costs and get my refund on behalf of load?

My debit card was charged for free membership account.
I had been charged three times, maybe even more for an account I am not subscribed to. When I followed the steps in the "cancellation" of my account it would still show that I'm on a free membership account and I did nothing to undo. However, although they have a free member account, I had already been charged three times for the last six months. I have not checked that the last six months. I had an existing version of CC student that has now expired. When I go on my account that it says that I have a free version of 30 days, but none of my programs open, I get that I need to subscribe or that it cannot connect to the server. Help!
If you have a subscription, you have no programs to call yours. Get a subscription and the problem should be solved.

First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. My other updates for the applications worked and they open yet Photoshop is not.

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

I have a monthly subscription to Adobe Revel. You received my payment for September 15, 2015 & October 15, 2015 according to Adobe, but Revel shows that I have only a free basic account and that it was yet another payment. What happens here? You people need get the bugs out of your cloud services.
