  If the thumbnails is checked in the menu 'View' preview, it should always open a PDF file with the open sidebar. Unless of course, it's a single page PDF.

  I'm about to remove Firefox from my computer because he lost hours of my time, and none of the online troubleshooting answers are no help.

  Until recently, I was able to open PDF files in my browser window, and today its impossible to open any pdf file, it will not download if I choose to download it.

  This issue is ongoing, and shut down for almost a year and I downloaded the Nitro PDF module to solve previously as Adobe reader add-on did nothing. Today in the menu options of applications where I can choose the program I want to open PDF files with I can't find the option NitroPDF reader, so I chose the add-on Adobe and no matter how many restarts it refuses to open all PDFs, all I get is a new tab open and empty.

  Internet Explore opens PDFs very well, so I know it's not computer associate.

  I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate, Firefox Version 19.0.

  If there is a way to fix this, please help because I am currently at the end of my patience.

  19 FF has its own Viewer for pdf files. It doesn't seem to work properly. The screens are either poor quality or empty. Printing using the bad characters and spacing of bad character. Some impressions of color and others are not.

   Thankfully, it is easy to revert to using some other pdf viewer, such as Foxit. Go to Tools / Options / Applications and scroll down to "Portable Document Formay (PDF)", and change it to your preferred pdf viewer.

  I am updating a legacy program that uses Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0.  The idea is that the customer is calling web service methods, which manage open a PDF file, reading or writing in the PDF file, if necessary and closing.  He then returned data (if reading) to the client.

  The only problem with what I'm having is that the client will take a break for about 60 seconds and raise a TimeoutException.

  I know that the method on the end of web services works, because I wrote a quick driver who calls the same method, but it is running normally and works perfectly.

  My question is, basically, what would cause the client to be block/gel during the call to the web service method to perform this operation? Everything works on my workstation, and I've debugged to see that filename passed is the same in both tests.

  Open the file in Acrobat then go into file - properties - Initial display and on the "Navigation" tab, select "Bookmarks panel and Page. Click OK, and then save the file.

  According to my previous ramblings, I just go CS5.5 and am very interested in the animation and the side of interactive documents of things.

  I created a document as a test that has a video (mp4) and a slideshow (using the buttons to the previous step and the next step of stacked images).

  I can export it as a swf file, all perfectly, but the first few people I sent there do not have flash player.  I thought that most of the people would be able to open it but apparently not.  Is there a better format for export?

  I tried to export as an interactive pdf, but my slide show button does not work then.  I don't quite see the element of interaction of one interactive pdf other than being able to put in a video (which I have not yet tried).  Im sure someone can enlighten me!

  Check: File | Work offline and in: reviews | Layout: uncheck the preview pane. Open the Outbox and delete the message.

  If I default run calc (nothing changes), all these data responsible users should remain during recovery using Excel?
  
  I thought that the excel must return nothing, since the default calc will overwrite higher level data after aggregation, right?

  Renu,
  Unless something has changed in the latest version (and I doubt it) the default Smart calc is on (if there is no entry in the cfg file). Because if this, I agree with your second comment you want to change the default calc and add the updateCalc Off set; This ensures that smart Calc is turned off. If the OP wants also to of course high level data (with no lower level data) not overwritten with #missing, then the default calc should also have the aggmissing set off;

  A side effect is interesting to use the default calc, that's faster than the other Calc.

  SID's ancient mechanism of the sqlnet. EM allows you to do so by an option button, but all other oracle tools are now using the mechanism of the Service only as the new standard that is used when the client tries to connect to the server. SID asks that the service must be available on this ony node where you try to connect without additional installation as failover, load balancing services in order to provide you with. So I would say you respect the service mechanism only and as far as I know, there is no way to put a SID by using the Oracle networking tools.
