• Problems with synchronization model with the data dictionary

  Let me start by saying that I do something wrong (there not much documentation on this product so far...).

  I designed my whole from scratch in SDDM 3 and then put model upgraded to SDDM 4. There is already a problem with the sync option from the data dictionary model, in which it works only if first import you an object any in the data dictionary for the model for the reverse to work. I did, and now I can't start the synchronization successfully. The thing is, but I have all the objects already created in my database, according to a specific schema, each time I start the synchronization, it always tells me that none of my model objects exist on the destination!   In the web interface, I see somtetimes collections and sometimes not. I can make it appear if I chose the "make public collection" in Lightrrom desktop.

  In the iOS App there is absolutely nothing happens: "it has no collection.

  I have recent versions of all the operating systems and of applications. I deleted and reinstalled the iOS app.

  If you go to settings > Messages, iMessage is fully enabled? Are you able to send/receive iMessages from other users of iOS? When you say that you reset your phone, what exactly do you have? What troubleshooting have you tried?

  We will not sync preference screen between different versions.

  In regards to the sites not getting not migrated, could you please follow the mentioned below as follows:

  1. open Dw CC and create a new site (dummy) and synchronize it to the cloud. This will ensure that all sites are synchronized to the cloud.

  2. close Dw CC and open Dw CC 2015, go to the Preferences dialog box > synchronize settings category and check the box "import the sync settings.

  3. close the Dw CC 2015 and restart the application. Let the full synchronization and push the button apply. This will get all the settings from the previous version.
