  I am trying to deploy a new version of a WC portal application and when the deployment completed successfully I do not see the web page. The error is:

  I checked similar errors in the forums and tried the solutions proposed, but without success. I do not understand why the application searches the file DataControls.dcx inside a standard WC research library.

  Finally, I found the problem, it is reported in the Support of Oracle as Doc ID 1503173.1.

  It seems jDeveloper is a bit special when adding directories for the file of Mar. If the entire directory "/ oracle ' is added, the adf - config.xml introduced the following line:

  namespace metadata-store-use = "WebCenterFileMetadataStore" path = "" / oracle "/"

  Therefore, it turns away all requests to/oracle /... file and class of MDS, which causes failures.

  Thus, when the change of the deployment MAR profile be sure to select the subdirectories under/oracle/webcenter/portalapp/one by one.

  Added to that, I had to perform the cleaning process that you suggested to operate too, otherwise I get a different error...

  Final steps are:

  1 cancel the application deployment.
  2 delete the partition MDS.
  3 stop managed server.
  4 delete the content/cache and / TMP to the server managed.
  5. start the managed server.
  6 Exectute Clean all in jDeveloper.
  7. create a new deployment of mar as described in 1503173.1 SR.
  8. EAR file deployment.
  9 deploying the new application with the server managed using Enterprise Manager.

  And it works!

  I have 4 swf files: A.swf and B.swf, C.swf and D.swf.

  1 A.swf loads B.swf into the same applicationDomain using ApplicationDomain.currentDomain as a parameter for the LoaderContext object, which means that all the class definitions that b.swf are added to the field of A.swf. Fix?

  2 A.swf loads C.swf using the default settings for the loader, which means that place C.swf in a child domain of A.swf. Fix?

  3 C.swf load D.swf using new ApplicationDomain (ApplicationDomain.currentDomain) as a parameter for the LoaderContext object. Now, here's the real confusion in my head. D.swf is loaded in this way in a child applicationDomain of .swf 's, or a child applicationDomain of .swf C?

  I am confused it is because the docs say that ApplicationDomain (ApplicationDomain.currentDomain) new place the swf file loaded into a child domain of the domain of application of the loader, which would indicate that the D.swf is loaded in a child of C.swf domain, however ApplicationDomain.currentDomain is a constant which I guess is defined in the field of system application, which means it would be inherited to all the loaded swf which means that the constant always contains the same value? In other words, saying new ApplicationDomain (ApplicationDomain.currentDomain) would be equal to put the swf file loaded into a child application domain of the first loaded swf (A.swf in my example above) instead of C.swf file. This hypothesis is correct?

  I ask this because I would like to get to a point where I have class definitions in B.swf, which would then be used by the D.swf (of the substitution of any definition D defines with the same class name) since B.swf was loaded in the same field with A.swf, but C is loaded into a child domain, which, in turn, load D. But for some reason I can't seem to get this to work. Suggestions?

  Trying some updates for automatic alert via the script API definition, I met this problem as well. No matter what I did, it seemed that this class cast exception would be thrown. I downloaded the Github source HQAPI and started searching. I found that the error was in the call to the XmlUtils.deserialize method, which has invoked a JAXBContext to select the class of the object to return, after analysis of the XML. The code that calls the method waits get an object that can be cast to the type AlertDefinitionsResponse, but he returned to an object that must be cast to type AlertDefinitionResponse.

  After a bit of investigation, I realized that JAXB is the context of the node root XML data. Because the root node is AlertDefinitionResponse, he always returned an object of this type, instead of the expected AlertDefinitionsResponse type. Currently, the only way I found to get around this problem is to change the node root to AlertDefinitionsResponse.   Newbie alert. I know approximately zero on the programming of BB.

  I have inherited a project and try to run. I use Eclipse, and it is a Java project. I loaded the files and created a BlackBerry project.

  Eclipse complains a lot of missing Definitions. For example, EditField.NO_LOOKUP.

  Where can I find the definition of this constant and raise the Eclipse of it? Where can I find a complete reference of all the classes BB and related constants? I was able to find pieces on the website, but nothing that seems to me a reference complete.

  I looked through some, but not all of the documentation without finding any help. Fortunately, I found a techie with a different version (older?) of net_rim_api.jar which contains the appropriate definitions.

  While the different jar has solved my problem, I'm still left wondering where such things are documented.

  I can resolve the path very well through the browser to the full version license (which is an alias of our DBA as ac6)

  But nothing makes chartwise, with the normal path of the Oracle, or the full path to the license version.  I just get a blank space. There is a component in this space Anychart flash (I can right click on it etc), but no graphic is displayed.

  Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

  Second, how then use the class.forName function? I put the audio file as a member of the project and then tried the above code and I get that it can not find lib.testother (which is the path of the code).

  If I use getClass() instead of dir above, getResourceAsStream returns null.

  Are there examples of the use of these or how to include the audio in your project... from end-to-end. The code snippet above is all I could find and it isn't enough.

  I hope I'm not double posting, if so? My apologies...

  I create a small application in which you can run several algorithms that can be run and analyzed visually. So far, it runs great with errors now (as far as the GUI goes). When I run problems, this is after I implemented my bottom Threading code that the GUI will no longer appear. I followed the instructions until the 't' and although I have not compile errors (build Succeeded) I get without user interface.

• Need help to resolving the NULL pointer Exception in a newly expanded display object

  Hi all

  I extended the oracle.apps.ap.oie.audit.server.AuditReportLinesVO to show the commitment that each line has a right to expense report alongside the other columns in the row.

  The extension of VO works well when there is a statement of expenses with a single line. However when we have some expense report that has more than one line, my VO fails and gives with the following NUll pointer exception:

  I use the R12.1.3 for jdeveloper

  I created 4 new columns in the existing query of VO which are the file name, type of mime/type of file. ID of the content/blob file and at the expense of the line (for the key attribute)

  Please check what is the reason for the error.

  I see a lot of issues with VO substitution these days because the extended VORowImpl not called great for these attribiutes which is substituted in the stanard VORowImpl.

  Please have a read on the blog below and see if it is applicable to your post of VO.

  Hello.

  I built a password reset page.  When a password is entered and then readmitted to check, update the database with a PLSQL block like this:

  Within the APEX, I then specifies a message of success of the process:

  < code >

  Password for & F101_SESSION_USER. updated.

  < code >

  The problem is that the password is not being updated with APEX even though the message says it's!  I tried several settings and nothing seems to work.

  Any ideas?

  In fact, the message of 'success' APEX says only that the process has no encounters an error. It of really distraught about what might (or not) happens in the process. With the exception of the most banal situations, I generally use success program generated messages. In a sense, you do this (kind of) already, when you set the message of success of the process to include an alternative article. You can just take a little further and make the success of any message from a point value that gets the value in the process.

  In order to avoid a proliferation of trivial elements in the whole application, simply create a single application such as G_MSG level element. Then, at the top of each process, set: G_MSG: = null; and once the process done something useful, set the: G_MSG to what it should be, as "password for ' | : P30_USER_NAME | "update.". Only this value after you have confirmed that you are trying to do actually happened. In this case, after check you sql rowcount % right after the update.

  Define the success of the process just & G_MSG message... All what you let in G_MSG at the end of the process, is what needs to get attached to the overall success message that APEX will appear on the display of the next page.

  (1) do not not eating a listener. It is not good for you.
  (2) you are sure that you are in the right forum for this? (You may be... but you may very well not be)... If ODD is open developer day information about passwords are usually in the installation instructions.
