  The problem is very simple - we do not know where the "custom_auth_sso" source files and unfortunately, I'm not a DBA, my understanding of it is limited. So, my hunch is that these files must be somewhere on the db server where ApEx is installed, but s/n tells me that they aren't there. So, in order to get these two files, do I have to re - install ApEx somewhere or there at - it an easier way?

  You must use IE10 or IE11 to correctly access the support pages.

  If you use IE9 then you need to make some changes...

  1. for pages works properly, you must use Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

  It is a problem for some of us who climb to IE9 such as those who have Vista or a new install of W7.

  The workaround to get IE8 or IE9 to access the page of the pilot is to:
