  Not really, no.  It could be an accident too - someone ' one with a user name very similar to yours that's typo in their username, may not know why they are unable to open a session, requested a password reset, thinking they forgot what it.

  Thanks for the post. I understand that you are able to connect to your computer Windows 8, but using the same name of user and password that you are able to connect to the account on another computer. Hope this will be a good understanding of the issue.
  I suggest that you reset the password and check. Follow the steps.
  (a) boot of Windows 8 DVD, restart the computer Windows 8.
  (b) click on repair your computer.
  (c) click Troubleshooting, and then select Advanced Options.
  (d) now choose command line.
  (e) type netplwiz and press ENTER.
  (f) now, click on the users tab, select your account and click Reset password.
