• Help! Remove the snapshot

  It is an Exchange virtual server. Someone on my team tried to take a snapshot, while it is online, and it has not been successful. It was to ask him something like do not include "memory of the Virtual Machine. He did and the snapshot was created. Now, when I look at the files on the storage directory, I'm confused. I do not understand why the vmsn file is so small and why there are three vmdk files (I have only two hard drives on this machine).

  This machine has two readers. A single system (drive C) and data (drive E). C is a virtual disk, while E is a Raw mapped LUNS ("Compatibility Mode: / persistent virtual /Independent"). It's time to remove the snapshot, but I'm not confident enough on that. Please see the picture I have attached. I need someone to clarify what these files and suggest a safe way to remove the snapshot. I can't afford much time for this critical server.

  The suggested method for sure is to delete all the snapshots of the graphical user interface, as it has already been answered. The files that you see are the following:

  Exchange.VMDK - 1 volume logic, there is actually a hidden or both files which does not appear in the data store Navigator. Its called something like Exchange - flat hard

  2nd Exchange_1.VMDK logical volume. In this case, a pointer to a RDM and a hidden file which is the delta of the snapshot (Redo Log). This only works if the RDM is in compatibility from snapshot mode.

  Exchange - 000001.vmdk 1 logical volume delta file.

  images of memory *. VMSN VM in this case, it is small because the 1try failed, and the second was set to ignore the capture of memory.

  Your hard drive may be faulty.

  You do not have a backup.

  You have adware.

  You must:

  (1) buy an external hard drive and make a Time Machine backup

  (2) use EtreCheck to remove your adware and perform another backup.

  (3) get rid of the antivirus software which obviously does you no good.

  (4) operate your machine for a week or two. Then run another EtreCheck. If you have disk errors, then you should get your hard drive replaced. It is possible that your antivirus is causing these errors.

  (5) If you continue to encounter disk errors, download your hard drive replaced in an Apple Store or Service Center authorized Apple. I suggest a Service authorised Apple Centre and see if they update your RAM and give you an SSD too. You don't need really to do with the Mavericks, but if you want to go to Yosemite or El Capitan, you'll thank me. Given that you need to open the machine

• Need help to remove the parental permission on hotmail acct. my child

  I configured a hotmail account for my daughter with the security setting for the family and I would like to delete the setting and the restriction that I have previous game on his hotmail account if she can add contacts freely without the permission of the parents.

  We apologize for the confusion, in order to remove the restriction for the child's account, you must configure it on the web using the parent account. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. connect to http://fss.live.com using the parent account.
  2. click Edit settings under the name of the child you want to remove the restriction.
  3. click on Contact Management, it is located on the left side of the web page.
  4. under management of Contact for the child's name , check the radio button next to the child manages their own contact list.
  5. click on the button Save to update the settings.

• Help me REMOVE the duplicate folders My Documents and others created automatically when I install Virtual PC in XP Mode to run older programs. I removed the computer virtual and XP, but it does not remove the My Documents folders duplicate.

  While trying to run some older programs (Corel) in characteristic as advertised XP mode from my new Dell laptop and Windows 7 PC, I created Virtual PC and XP mode Setup.  Somewhere during this process, the system created in double My Documents, my pictures, my videos, files etc. that you can not (no authorization) access through Windows 7.  I understand that they may is accessible while you were in Virtual PC.   I came to my senses after the poor performance of Windows XP/Virtual PC and decided to remove remove these programs (and buy Corel for Win7).  I followed the instructions for a good dismantling of Microsoft who think in the end, these inaccessible files would disappear and I would have a struture of own file again.  However, duplicate inaccessible folders still remain and I can't get rid of them.  Believe me - it's a pain because it's very confusing when you browse folders.   There is no files in these folders, so there is nothing that we need to go.

  Please, for the love of peace in my family, tell me how I can get the PC back where it was when we first install Windows 7.   And - what's the problem of not having a complete control of my pc?  Personally, I'm offended that Microsoft has locked the users so that they cannot use their own brain - apparently I'm not the only one...  If you are willing to share, I would appreciate a detailed response.
