  First of all, we need to clarify what happens when you click Play.

  • Move the playhead, the update of the time counter, jump the meters, but everything just, you hear all the sounds?
    • If so, check Audition is configured to use the right audio device by opening Preferences (Edit > Preferences in Windows, hearing > preferences on Mac) clicking on Hardware Audio.  Here, you can check which device audio Audition attempts to send the output.

    • If so, you may need to toggle the settings of audio device to update the communication from pilot.  Follow the steps to enter the Audio hardware Preferences above but change your default output to something else device, click apply, and then set it back and click on OK.  You can also change your preference Master Clock to match your output device, if it is not already configured in this way.

  If none of these scenarios describe what you experience, or the solutions recommended do not work, please specify exactly what is happening, when it stopped working, and that you have already taken measures and we continue to solve the problems.

  If you look at system requirements for Acrobat 9 for Mac, you will see that it is only compatible with Mac OS X v. 10.4.11 or 10.5.

  2. you try to listen to music from any remote location or try to play a DVD?

  3 have you tried to play a different CD or DVD?
  4. what happens when you play the same DVD on another computer?

  5. for how long have you been faced with this problem?

  6. the DVD folder that you are trying to play supported by the windows media player is it?
  7. What is the type of DVD that you try to play?

• Photosmart B109a-m printer suddenly will not print.

  My Photosmart B109a-m printer suddenly will not print. It worked last night and no connections or settings have been affected since then.  It will not print the test page and the printer Utulity advises that means a problem with the printer, not the computer.  The computer shows it sends data to the printer and indicates that it is printing but nothing happens with the printer.  Any ideas how can I fix?  I'm on an iMac with Lion.

  How is the printer connected?

  Try to reset the printing system:

  -Go to System Preferences > print & Scan
  -Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign more to add a printer. Select the default tab on the top of the window. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

• Win XP will not find the driver for my Canon Sx10 camera.

  Windows XP will not load the driver for my Canon SX10 camera. I had the camera for 3 years and have never had a problem with this load. I reinstalled XP and the same problem. Windows recognizes the camera but will not load the driver for it.

  I'll in Device Manager through the update hardware wizard I have try to install the driver manually, but I don't get the option of all available drivers.

  There is no drivers for this camera online, because I thought that Windows has the driver for this device.

  When presentation settings are turned on, your mobile PC stays awake and system notifications are turned off. I would not advice you constantly running in presentation mode because it does not allow your computer becomes idle (and display the screen saver) even when you do not do anything. He probably solved your problem because one of your application does not perform certain actions as before, because it's always 'think' that your computer is not idle.

  You should do something like this: check the settings for these two applications: Vaio update and Trend Micro (probably you can get there after right-clicking on the icon in the notification area and choose the appropriate context menu position). There should be some options when these applications are performing the update process. No doubt, one of them made when the computer becomes inactive if it may affect the mode full-screen. I guess that might be Vaio update, because I read that since version 2010, Trend Micro has been improved and should not cause this problem, but you should check the two of them. You should change the appropriate settings, so it will play the update process in another moment.

  There is also something else you can try. You can read this article: How to prevent the flight home in Windows programs . You can find how to prevent theft of focus programs, then perhaps it can also solve your problem. Maybe after the upgrade to Vista, specific registry key does not contain the appropriate value, and you must follow these steps to fix that:

  1. Click Start and then click run (or you can press Windows key + R )

  2. In the text box on the run window, type regedit and click OK. This will open the registry editor program.

  3. Find the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER under my computer and click the plus sign (+) after the folder name to expand the folder.
