  Acrobat and Word are quite different types of applications. Namely, Acrobat isn't a word processing application, although many people think that it is and try to use it as such. Therefore, I don't think that this is possible. Annotations in the PDF file are nothing like the changes you can make in a Word file, or vice versa.

  One possibility is to do the filtering on the physical level itself. You could use a physical table of type 'Select' and filter the data.

• Help with importing images .raw and b + w filters

  I recently picked up a large number of b + w images.  With most of these images, I apply a red in the filter of the camera.  When I then import photos in lightroom 2.3 that a color version of my image is then made, without the red in camera of the filter I took photos with.  No one knows so as to restrict the lightroom changing .raw their version color images and show them that they have been taken.  If it's important I shoot with a Canon 1000 d.   Help, please!   Thank you.

  Lightroom does not take into account metadata settings that are what is applied when you are working with RAW and use the Canon picture Style settings.

  Those who apply to the format JPG, but not VINTAGE.  It's actually a feature, not a bug, because it is considered to give you more control by using the settings in Lightroom for Monochrome and apply red shades - more you could have always still the flexibility of manufacturing was if color printing you want, that you would lose if RAW applied the picture Style settings.  If it you shoot in RAW + Jpeg (or Jpeg only), bugs and provide JPEG images in LR, but I recommend to stick to RAW and applying the changes in Lightroom instead.

• Help with unexpected photo color changes when loading

  I have learned things for a few years and doing pretty good to the mounting

  photos like portraits.

  Recently edited portrait high key, when I compared the RAW CR2 file in flt along the side of the photos

  converted to psd Adobe, colors where change after the opening and saving to the psd format.

  The thing is that I did no changes.  I just open the raw file, then click Open edit thought go in ele.

  Once it opens as a psd, the colors have changed.

  Camera is set to Adobe RGB.  ELE set to manage colors for printing.

  Is this normal, or something I'm doing or not doing.

  Suggestions and recommendations requested.

  I understand that you compare side by side on-screen:

  -l'image in the ACR dialog, without any changes

  -l' new image observed after opening in the editor and saved as psd and reopened in order to be able to compare side by side.

  I agree that you should not see any significant color change.

  Notes about your settings:

  -Camera set to Adobe RGB: good for parameter ignored with raw files, JPEG files (PSE, the choice between sRGB or aRGB ACR depends on the second parameter in the Editor: always optimize for printing). Are not relevant to your problem.

  -Always optimize for printing: refers to the raw data will be converted to aRGB for printing and shown according to your screen. This is the right setting, if you want to print in ARGB.

  So, there's nothing wrong with your settings.

  Y at - it a bad screen color profile saved on your computer? Which could happen with other software or screen attempt calibration tools...

  I can't help much in this situation, but it might be useful you have described the color differences s two views. For better visibility compare colors, beware of the surrounding parts of images: If you're on a light background (ACR) and the other in a dark (editor), you see exactly the same colors.

• I need help with start up after changing the username.

  I downloaded El Capitan on my MacBook Air without any problem.  Then, I changed my username under user accounts.  I restarted my computer, as has been suggested, but now when I type my password to connect, it just goes to the El Capitan background screen and nothing opens.  All I see is the color wheel and the display of the mountain.  I think that its not to recognize my account.  How can I fix?   How did you change your username?

  You cannot change an account name in system preferences. You can add or delete accounts and change a password, but change the real name requires a lot of technical work via the Terminal application.

  I've updated my Mac to OS X El Capitan. Now Lightroom cannot import raw images from my Nikon D7100. I get a message that they cannot be read. I have the latest version of Lightroom. Nikon raw image files are NEF files. Can anyone help?

  Please select another folder in the Destination panel and see if you are able to import images.

  I don't know why you get the message you found... but... you are NOT importing the photos on your new computer. The procedure to follow is that you copy the file to catalog from the PC to the Mac, open the catalog file in Lightroom (file-> open the catalog) and then reconnect the photos in Lightroom there instructions: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing

• Help with importing Avid AAF?

  I exported several sequences of Avid (on a separate machine, PC) to my first Pro CC machine (mac based).  The sequences imported fine but I didn't not copy of Avid MXF files.  The original shoot sequences has been on the Panasonic.  I was able to quickly import images of P2 in the project.  Now, I want to connect sequences originally from the P2 camera film.  I know the function of sequences to replace but these are sequences of long form, the making by the clip is painful and long.  Is there a function to delete and re-create a link for sequences in the MCCP.

  I always keep my settings to check the updates but let me choose whether to update or install.

  With this new "update automatic agent" which automatically installed on my system, I want to make sure I have place it properly so that it remains in the same way that I always have my settings but two settings (options), he checked, and are confusing for me to know what those checked settings will do.

  The Windows Update automatically updates the updater (himself), regardless of your settings.
