Impossible to update, help!
I use IE8, SP3 Windows XP home. I can't update manually. When I try, the page says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I also tried to update directly through the web page of Windows update but get the same results. Automatic updates is enabled and has always been. Something is blocking me.
My system is infected. I removed multiple detections in recent days. I also tried to install the scanner of Windows Live but they downloads are also blocked, they only partially loading and then freeze.
I use Super Anti-spyware, Malwarebytes Anti-malware and Hitman Pro 3.5 for safety. Everyone has detected and 'removed' several infected items since several days but new detections come every day. I always scan in SafeMode with network and always update before you scan them.
I tried a system restore to get back a little more than a month and that did not help.
I'm afraid that since I could not update with Windows, these questions penetrate into a hole.

Mode full screen and the options bar help? Using Cintiq hybrid
So I've just updated to El Capitan on my macbook pro 2012. I use a hybrid of companion Cintiq drawing and turn Photoshop CS6. Whenever I goes into full screen mode, my options bar appears down, blocking my screen.
I can't drag or move
It is technically at the top, but it is obviously at the bottom. (Aka every time that it seeds I can see at the top where it's supposed to be).
I've updated the drivers for the wacom tablet.
I messed with the windows > > Workspace and reset everything and it still appears at the bottom.
It does seem that it's on my cintiq screen and NOT my computer screen.
No one knows what might contribute to this? Please help me it's extremely frustrating and everything was fine until I upgraded to stupid El Capitan.

I don't know if you want, but the trial on Photoshop CC 2015. CS6 is old enough and work well with the new OSX and Cintiq.
I would recommend what I call a 'clean' uninstall/reinstall
Uninstall the CS6 or remove preferences if requested.
Use the cleanup tool to remove the remaining files that are not part of the uninstall. Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Reinstall all updates.

I had the virus "XP Antivirus 2012" and now impossible to update MSE. Yesterday, I downloaded the Scanner of MS on another computer and transferred to the computer infected in safe mode and ran the Scanner from Ms. Fortunately, it removed the virus, but this morning I started the computer and check the updates on MSE, but he would not check. Java has been blocked because of the threat, I did the update, and other options to reactivate it ie.manual update reinstalls still websites like YouTube always used to load up. Works great in Chrome & IE!
Your list of plugins in "Details of the system more" Watch 1.6.0_31 of next generation Java plug-in for browsers Mozilla for Java should not be blocked.

Moreover, I see in your list of plugins you also the VLC media player Plugin Web 2.0.0 so, it is possible that the VLC plugin is causing a conflict if YouTube or other videos do not work. but I think I have a more serious problem. In Windows 7 RC, when I plugged in my camera or insert a memory card, I could choose "import pictures and videos using Windows Live Photo Gallery", but in my new installation of Windows 7 RTM, on which I have installed Windows Live Photo Gallery, there is no "Import pictures and videos using Windows Live Photo Gallery" option allotted me in the list of Control Panel AutoPlay or on the AutoPlay pop-up that appears when I plug in a camera.
How can I get that back? Without this option, I have to go through the manual steps tedious to execute WLPG and manually choose to import from there and say what is my camera. It was much better under Vista and Win7RC when I had the simple auto play option.
My PC is running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, but I also installed WLPG on two new computers Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit my parents, and they have exactly the same problem. Is this a known bug? Is there a solution?

"Import pictures and Vidoes" Routine changes Up...
When you shoot pictures from an SD card in my camera the routine "import pictures and video ' hang up. The only way to close it is to use the Task Manager closed down. Any help? To my knowledge, I have the latest drivers and updates.
A little more in detail about what caused the error could have helped. When an SD card is inserted into the computer, a dialog box appears with an option "Import pictures and videos." This is the routine that was defective and left the dialog box after YOU import the photos on my computer.
Section one did not apply. All the files have been transferred, the question occurred during the copy was completed and the dialog box is not closed.
Point two was inapplicable because the camera was not connected to the computer, or any application was running when I tried to do.
The software which provides gun is used only if the camera is connected to the computer. My local camera store owner told me this often permit lost photos and advised me to directly transfer photos using the SD card.
However, I was able to find a work around using a different method to draw pictures on the SD card. I opened the folder of file (rather than the first highlighted option "import pictures and videos" which resulted in the question) and then did a copy and paste files without a hitch. Obviously, the photos and videos to import program does not work correctly.
