Help with letters in find/replace

Hiyis. I am trying to replace all instances of 'US' 'US', but when I type in find/replace, I get stuff like 'chat' highlighted. No way to specify simply WE capitalized on its own? Or do I have to go through and review each proposed amendment?

Help with wildcards and find/replace

I have indesign CS5 and I'm working on a document that contains a number of mathematical examples throughout these 9-1 = 8. The corrector said must change to be a space between each symbol figure and math at 9-1 = 8. How can I do this? When I go to find/replace, I have the option of wildcards in find, but not to replace it.
The dashboard in these equations must also be changed to quadratins. How can I know indesign is any time sees such an equation, the dashboard must be changed? I don't want to just change all the dashes as I much dashes that need to stay.

Try it on greep

Search: (\d+)\-(\d+)\=(\d+)

Change: $1 / $2 = $3

Help with GREP search and replace

I've never used grep before and I'm stumped. I have a document that lists the times for different classes. Times are variously listed as 9-10, 9-10, 9-10 or 9-10, to get examples. The problem is that there may be no space or a space on the left or the right of the hyphen. I want it all the time as 10:30 - 11:30, for example. In other words, the link must have a space on each side of it. I think that this could be accomplished with GREP search and replace, but I don't understand the syntax well enough to make it work.
Can someone tell me how to write the search and replace expressions? (Of course the real time could be any hours).

It is tempting to add spaces of * all numbers separated by a dash. If you don't know all time have some minutes, then it is safer to use this:

(?<=:\d\d)>

.. Replace with space hyphen space.

He seeks the "settler, any digit, any digit" (which is * found * not * included *), followed by 'optional of a space, a hyphen, optional space' and must be followed by 'any number' (again, not counting this one). Since the figures before and after are * found * not * included *-which is due to the (? xxx) syntax - all that needs to be replaced is the dashboard itself. Making the space before and after the optional dashboard (using a single "?" immediately after each), no matter if it * is * a space or not, all the combinations will be found and replaced.

I have a brochure filled with time where events are on.
I have most of them set up the way they should look

The problem is that some people wrote to the times like
8.00 - 16.00
or
7:30-9: 00
What I need is at the time who do not have a 0 in front of them
So I need to find
8.00 and 7.30 (for example)
and put a zero behind them
How can - I find that using GREP - I am confused.

I need bascially to get the total of the budget column. However this is not as simple as it sounds good (at least not for the me.) totals carried forward to the new period. you will notice that you have a period column. Basically, what im is that
fgl_grant_year 10 1 period = account 7600 its $100 and $100 for the period 2, you see $ 100 more, it wants to not be added to this is the door on the balance. that is $100.
So im trying to write a query that basically does the following.
IM considering a period for the sake of this example let period 1 I get anything else. I find that the greates contributes dumpster year the amount for the period 14 (which corresponds to the total of the previous year) and add it to the amount of the current year. in this case period 1 grnt_year 11
the expected result is therefore $700

240055     240055     7240     4730     02     10     14     200
240055     240055     7600     4730     02     10     14     100

do not forget that I am not given a just a period of the year.
any help you guys can give would be immensely appreciated. I tried to get this to work for more than 3 days now.

I'm not sure that understand your needs.
The correct output will be just one line:

or will it be 3 ranks that you posted? I guess you want just line after line.

Do you mean that you are given a period (for example, 1).
First you have to find the largest gfl_grnt_year which is related to this period (in this case, 11).
Then you need to add fgl_budget lines that have to be
(1) the specific period and the largest fgl_grnt_year, or
(2) perriod = 14 and the previous fgl_grnt_year (in this case, 10).
Is this fair?

If so, here's a way to do it:

If you want the 3 lines you have posted, then change the main SELECT clause to ' SELECT * ' (or, instead of *, youcan the columns you want to see the list).

Need help with script to find the virtual computer by IP

Looking for a script that will correspond to the vm to IP, but should be able to find several IPS at the same time.
I put this together from scripts on the net, which works well to search for a single IP address at a time:

Use a table entry.

First get the IP addresses of all computers installed correctly (only for virtual machines with VMware tools) virtual based on get - view so the collection will be fast.

Then compare with the PPE provided as input.

Newbie need help with clusters of find in my VI

conditional text find/replace problem

Hello!
For a few hours, I'm trying to solve this case: I want to apply conditions (conditional text) to all paragraphs according to the name of the applied style. So, for example, text with paragraph called "BODY" style should have "BODY" of the conditional text etc. I figured out mechanism, but I can't solve the problem with passing to find/replace.
Here is my code:

You have some problems in the code:

1 move the actual paragraph style (and not just its name) to findGrepPreferences (your variable, currentStyle is a string, although this can work, it is better [especially for paragraph in the groups styles] to adopt the paragraph style real itself).

2. Ditto for the appliedCondition: give changeGrepPreferences the condition itself, not just its name.

3. it seems that changeGrepPreferences.appliedConditions expects a range of disorders, then give him a table even if it has only one member.

so my question - is it possible to KEEP the NUMBERS of GENERIC character?

Please first post here, so I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong section. This month I ordered the spare Atria hybrid Sony EPEX10A/BLK on Amazon.com. While he was trying to get a great tip on my Sennheiser CX500s, broken the coloured part. Now, I have only a great tip, which is currently normal the CX500 very well. I really need another great tip, and I don't know what to do. I thought that the best option would be to contact the Sony Support and ask for a replacement (I guess my warranty is still in effect, dunno anything), but I don't know how. I went on this website (http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/contact-land.pl) and support selected, and since I could not find my product in the list, I typed in what I thought was the model number, and it came with no result. I have no idea where the model number is on the packaging (which I still have).

Can someone please help me to get a replacement? Other than the broken tip, what are the best advice I've had , and I would really like to continue to use.

History:
Finally, I sent to my bad WRT-ngn350 router and when I got the replacement of all but the plastic leg support has been included. I want to have my router stand up to save desktop space, but now I have no foot.

"OK, should not be difficult to get Linksys to send me the missing foot stand" was my thought. Now, I called the online RMA and also emailed them and I get a similar response as Michael Douglas took with a smile

I hear that I can't get the part because it is not on the list the content of the product. As this is * my * problem. I want the part and do not care if it's on a list or not. It is the part on the router in the image. I even asked the representative of Linksys to Google a little bit WRT-ngn350 and there are foot stands on almost all of the images and it is certainly included in the box. I was told that I could go nowhere elsewhere to help with that. I really some doubt but fail to find a channel of Linksys, which may be able to help.

If some representative of Linksys sees this please help me!

I need help with this one. I am writing a script that analyzes the header and the footer of a HTML document saved well enough, so I have only the middle of it (this is a quote from folder) and then re-recorded it in a new file. The header parsing (left) works perfectly, but when I get to the foot of the page (to the right), it rips everything except the header for some reason any! So I end up getting a file that is more or less the header and the footer, but not meat the citation record.
Here is my code:

Pretty much what I've done with BannerOld and OldFooter is a tag in the code that is in the document once (with the banner, its an image, with the footer, text ("the terms of the CO")... and hypothetically, to the left, I should be selecting the banner image and its replacement) , and entitled, I should be select all after the text and its replacement.
For some reason, instead, I just get the new banner and footer in the final document. If I remove the code to the footer, it works perfectly (with, of course, the old foot to still be here).
I'll probably just have some silent monitoring here... but little help would be amazing. Thanks as always guys!

You say that the first part works so I'll take your Word for that, although it does not look good.

The second need party probably does not work because youre calculate the right of X characters, but you count tanks by finding the index of your discovery early on. So imagine you replace the first 10 characters of your new head. Your doc is total 100 characters. You want to replace the last 10 characters. Your search returned 90 because you started from the beginning. You take the right 90 tanks, taking you at the end of the header, and you replace it with the footer.

What you want is replace (quoteedit, RIGHT (quoteedit,Len (quoteedit)- find (oldfooter, quoteedit)), newfooter). It should work.
