  • "Hey Siri" does not not on iPhone 7 more

    Hi guys!

I just bought an iPhone 7 more, als is al and running except for one small thing...
"Hey Siri" does not work as it should.

"Hey Siri" is enabled in the settings and works when the screen is activated (locked or unlocked), but not when the screen is not enabled.

On the iPhone 6 s more than one of my friends, "Hey Siri" works fine when the screen is not activated and the phone is locked.
We checked the parameters of "Hey Siri", and they are all the same.

-That someone knows the same 'problem '?

(I talked to the Apple Support via Twitter, and they me completely restore my brand new iPhone via iTunes.) "(Mais cela ne fonctionne pas ou l'autre)."

Both phones, Plus 7 iPhone and iPhone 6s more are running the latest iOS, iOS 10.0.2 (released yesterday)

NNeeds to be plugged on feeding in addition to having an active internet connection or wifi or cellular data.

  • Hey Siri customizable App use while phone locked

I love the new IOS 10 and the best use of with the new Hey Siri Siri however its convenience is much need extra help.  My constructive criticism is simiple: allow users the ability to control what apps Hey Siri can access fully while the phone is in lock mode.

Thanks to the ease of entry and the need for security, its safe to say most if not all people lock their new iphones.  Hey Siri is a remarkable tool that allows us to use some functions of the hands-free phone system.  However, when the phone is locked and you ask Siri to enact a specific command by using a specific application, it often requires you to then unblock you even your phone which, in my mind, defeats the purpose of its use in the first place.

For example: Question - "Hey Play Pandora, Siri", response - (in the new British accent) "you must first unlock your iphone.

What is the point of allowing me the ability to access an app like Pandora with Siri when I physically have to go first to unlock the phone.  I could do what I had to do in the past and go to the phone, unlock, and then launch Pandora.  Remember, I was in the shower when I sent this request but was very upset that I could easily send SMS but not play my music.  I can't imagine that it would be terribly difficult list applications in section Siri to parameters that you want to allow access to in lock mode.

    Thank you

This seems to be a reasonable suggestion, but you don't talk about Apple here.  This is a user forum, and (with some very limited exceptions) we don't work for Apple.  If you want to make Apple aware of this idea, then send it to:

  • why Apple does not give Hey siri installation i6

why Apple doesn't give "Hey siri" installation as they give to the iphone 6 s

I m using apple 6 but his work he then plug the charger.

Please give that Hey installation on i phone 6 siri users

    TNX

The plug less ability "Hey Siri" is due to an upgrade of the hardware chipset that allows iPhone perform a function at the hardware level in the background who listens to the Hey, Siri cue. Done this way it does not quickly the battery downwards. The iPhone 6 lack this chipset and if he listened to it all the time he would probably sink the battery in about 4 hours. The only way Apple could give you that installation would be to do a hardware upgrade on your iPhone.
