  What is the best way to proceed?

  If you are in a hurry to use the software... If you have only installed it once before allowing you to have two facilities enabled, then you should be able to wortk with the new download files immediately.  If/when get you your hands on people chat they will disable everything that is currently enabled, so you would need to activate the new installation after that.  But there is no urgency to get the old installation disabled unless you must have two installations of work immediately.

  From your description, that you don't know do you have actually the license... seems someone gave it to you.  You might have a hard time selling Support from Adobe.   Licenses must be officially transferred through Adobe.

  In all cases, you will need to communicate with them through chat and ask them to reset your activations.  Ask any more than that or they will send you back here where no one can help you.

  I received a license for teaching of PS CS4 for a long time, I installed in my old computer running Mac OS x 10.6. Now I change computer, running Mac OS x 10.8. I tried to install my license in my new computer, without having put off in my old computer, but I had to cancel the installation, because it took Adobe Air. When I entered the license to the user in setting up setup, all went well. After you have installed Adobe Air, I tried to install the license in my new computer, but I didn't have the choice to install PS CS4. Then I disabled my license from my first computer and I tried again, but no option, install or uninstall is available on the setup of the establishment.

  I wonder if this problem is the consequence of not disabled my license from my first computer or unable to transfer a license from teaching between computers. If the first case, what can do to solve? If the latter, will be I have no problem if I purchase a new license and try to install it in my new computer, subsequently tried to install without success another license previously?
