I have concluded my one year subscription to Adobe Creative cloud and I contacted customer service and they cancelled my subscription and they tell me there will be no charge for cancellation because I concluded my full year. I would like to express that I got free trial of a month on Adobe Stock with 10 free images. The Adobe device has indicated that I can cancel at any time before the month was out and I would not result in any charges. The month ends at the time of 75 minutes and I'm unable to cancel that phone support will end at 17:00 and I can't find any way to inform the Customer Service that I have been informed by the Adobe Web site. When I asked before entering I was not advised that I had to cancel the last day of my free month before 17:00.
