  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica. If you specify Arial, it will integrate the entire police (sometimes several times), makes that increase the file size unnecessarily.

  Yes. To highlight text, it must be 'true' text, IE the text can be selected, not just an image.

  To convert an image in real text, you need to Acrobat or a subscription to the PDF package.

  You can use the square or other tools to markup design, to create a kind of point culminating on the desired text, though.

  I need someone else to be able to change the text in a pdf file I created from Illustrator. They have full acrobat should be able to change it. I tried myself to test before you send it, but it does not work. The original file has been created in Illustrator CS6 and saved in pdf format (text not created contours). I opened the file in acrobat and try it saved as file extended to be able to change the text but not luck. You will be able to highlight the existing text and replace it. I tried to change the text of the tool, but rather only a selection box around each line of text, it puts a selection box around the text. Is there something I need to do differently in Illustrator so it can work correctly in Acrobat?

  This really isn't an appropriate use of Acrobat. You should all use the same editing tool (i.e. Illustrator).

  Extension of files reduced the amount of editing Acrobat can do, it does not increase it.

  The editing of text in Illustrator tool would be to edit the text Document. There is no guarantee that it will divide nicely in lines, it is trying to help by making the text of paragraph.

  In theory, you can use a form for this (fill in the blank for dates) but really, you should use the same tool. Not necessarily Illustrator, more Excel or specialist software calendar.

  With the highlight tool. This assumes that it is in fact the text and not a graphic. If it's a graphic, you can use some drawing tools to do the job.

  If the text is in jpeg format, a simple way to do this is not to highlight the text but make the darker environment.

  No, this is not the strong points that I want to talk to, and I guess it's part of the Chrome PDF plugin. In this case I don't think you can do something.

  I looked at the Adobe Acrobat documentation and also within the frequently asked questions of this forum for this specific information was not found. If I missed something, please tell me

  I have a PDF file containing a lot of vector drawing made in Illustrator. The PDF file generated from Adobe InDesign. If the PDF file is a mixture of text and vector drawings.

  I want to send this PDF document on the web, but for some legal proposed, these vector drawings should all be rasterized. For sure, I can open each. Original document to HAVE, rasterize the content, then reissue the InDesign document (so the exported PDF file's text and all raster images).

  But, as I refer to 100 pages PDF, containing, at a minimum, 150 drawings vector, it takes a lot of time to open each work in Illustrator and manually generating a rasterized copy to use in the final PDF file.

  So the question is: is it possible (in Acrobat or any plug, approx...) to open a PDF document, then automatically rasterize any vector drawings (less the texts) in a specific resolution? For example, rasterize all at 150 pixels per inch.

  With the help of Acrobat DC under Windows OS 8.1.

  You can't do that with any player. You need Acrobat (is there a free 30 days trial version that you can use), or a subscription to the PDF package.

  These two products are by Adobe. There are probably hundreds of other tools out there that can be used to convert a file to PDF, but as you have seen, many of them are questionable.

  Am, change the text in a full color book large pdf file of 296 pages.  Each page has a mix of text and images-I can edit text on each page, but on some pages that the text edit tool won't let me select the text I want to change - as if it isn't there and is considered to be an image, despite the fact that is a separate text box - can not understand why I can easily edit text which is next , but not the text of a few centimetres more far overall. Am baffled by this.  Attached jpg to show layout of the book.

  It the tool select text does not work, then it is not text. You really do want to be change the text in a pdf file if it can be avoided at all. It's just a problem ticking. It's ALWAYS better to edit the original document and then regenerate the file. If there are customizations with the buttons and fields that you do not regenerate, so you can replace the old page of the PDF with the new page as a new pdf and avoid all the problems that come with editing text.
