  I use Robohelp X 5 HTML, but just saw the same problem using the free trial of Robohelp 8 I recently downloaded.
  
  Sometimes, when I entered text or make changes to existing topics, I see one or more small openings in my text and I don't put them there. The differences are generally at least the size of 7 character spaces.
  The differences do not appear when I type the text. Everything seems perfectly normal that window and the problem is not obvious until I saw the topic or generate the file chm again.
  
  I think it has something to do with formatting because the gaps always appear next to a word in bold or paragraph... often hidden issue formatted in bold. (I'm not familiar with HTML and do not know what to look for in TrueCode.)
  
  The differences are not easy to get rid of one. If I remove the "BOLD", it usually does not solve the gap. I tried to delete a part of the area problem and retype the text and sometimes the gap is moving to a new area. More time I don't delete and retype the entire paragraph.
  
  Fortunately this doesn't happen often, but when it happens it's really boring. I hope someone can help!

  Here's how to "A gap" text.

  Get an overview of the topic and the note where the gap is underway.
  Dismiss the preview and search for text on each side of the divide. As you say, it seems quite normal in the editor.
  Select the text from each side of the gap.
  Change the view of WYSIWYG HTML. You should see the HTML at the origin of the problem.
  Note that you should see something that looks like this:
  (the 24 PX probably indicates a different value)
  Remove the span tag. All, of the < to="" the=""> .
  Note that this will leave behind an orphan span tag that looks like this:
  
  Don't sweat this one. RoboHelp it cleans for you.
  Save the topic and return to WYSIWYG edit mode.
  Get an overview of the topic and the unsightly gap should now be gone.

• The iReader (as reader in Safari) when I print as a PDF loses a large part of the text. I have to go to Safari for my full text.

  As indicated, the iReader as you call it, the icon in the URL bar to the right for the conversion of a page in a more readable page, when printing as PDF loses a great deal of information, as if a page were simply left out. Safari reader works fine. But I'm in Firefox, most of the time.

  This extension looks: iReader. Note that this extension has been developed independently, and unless a volunteer here she uses regularly, this forum would not be able to answer your question.

  Web sites may have separate for the display style and print rules. I'm not sure if the extension of the iReader is designed to create attractive prints. When I look at the support site and search for print there seems to be a lot of problem reports: http://code.google.com/p/ireader-exte.../list?can=2 & q = print.

  Some of these problems probably occur in Firefox, even without using the iReader, but just in case, you can try to print to PDF normally and see if it works.

  Hello.  I am new to Dreamweaver CS3 V9.0 and creates a sample page (on an iMac using OSX 10.5.6).) The page seems to work as expected (bearings, a flash loop, etc.) while watching in Safari (v3.2.1) on a Mac, but things seem out of sorts in IE8 on a PC. What's wrong with my code that would create this large "gap" between the header and the touch line (and why aren't my load and preview Flash files)?  Enclosed please find the link to these files and I thank you in advance for any advice you can offer.

  Code written in the way: trying to hide the text field by ticking a box (box is to have fire action)... when the user activates the box to check, capturing fire action and hide the text field...

  Question: but when the action of fire box is drawn, no code executes methods processformdata and processformrequest of my custom controllers but throwing error saying forces de FACTO fields are required and my box is checked, but field text is not hidden.

  If I want to indent a line, sometimes I use the SPACEBAR for Bar\Tab, and it works fine. However, other times the I can't do either. How can I activate my computer let me dash when this happens?

  The right way to indent second and following lines of a paragraph depends on whether you have a predetermined amount of the desired hyphen, or if you want to do it at a random point.

  For a preset indent, consistent for all paragraphs create a style and add a withdrawal left the correct amount, then a first line indent to match negative. Back to a random point based on the text you type, insert a special character withdrawal up to this point, where you want the following lines to start.

  the question that I have is that every time that I add text to a div tag and press 'enter' to start on another paragraph, the text on the first paragraph right guard moved down to about a paragraph. It happens in Dreamweaver and the browser when available is presented as a preview. I have included a few pictures below, please advise.

  Paragraphs, titles etc. have legacy browser style rules.

  We can remove the style by adding rules to the top of the stylesheet

  Even better is to include a CSS reset set of rules such as found here http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/css/reset/

  By the way, please note that the use of identifiers will limit your fun by using style rules. You should not use ID unless needing a single login. In your case, I would use a class.

  Heights of adjustment are also going to strangle the natural flow of your document, especially if you intend to start on the drawings of fluid

• How to get to the text in an anchored frame

  I'm working on unstructured FrameMaker files, in preparation for comverting them in structured documents. My client has placed a lot of creating notes in the sidehead of their documents. They are inserted under the blocks of text inside the anchored frames. I'm trying to retrieve the text of the images anchored so that I can pass in a new paragraph where it will be recovered by the conversion process.

  While browsing the reference ExtendScript for FrameMaker, I find a subject had, but it lists only the items and properties pointing to graph that can be entered in this setting, not the text ranges. In the data Explorer I find InvalidObject for the FirstGraphicInFrame and no pointers to any kind of TextFrame.

  Can someone tell me how to get a handle on the text block in the anchored frames?

  Hello again Rick,

  I got it today. I was looking for the wrong type of object. As the anchored frame resembles a framework anchored to me, not as a graphic, I never thought finding the FirstGraphicInDoc and then treat as a framework anchored with text inside blocks. The guide to FM script could do with a couple of good examples here and there. I changed the FirstSelectedGraphicInDoc to FirstGraphicInDoc and she finds the things I was looking for.
