  Well, missing me something fundamental with calendar on my MBP.  I would like to create a calendar for a holiday with just the holiday, apps, things to do, flights, but the calendar has all the other every other calendar entries.  I'm afraid that if I delete one of these entries related pre-arrangement (dentist, bank statement...) it will remove them calendar.   I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I do not see why to create a new calendar has one of my other appointments at all?

  The calendar shows Viewer all selected calendars. It does not show only one. Uncheck the calendars that you do not want to display.

  On an iOS device, it's almost the same process. Click on the download button and instead the app calendars appear it will pop up a message asking if you want to subscribe. Tap the button "subscribe".

• I can't uncheck the holiday in the United States and so I can no longer see my events?

  I had a problem syncing my calendar Pro Macbook and looking for a solution I opened the window on the toolbar.  I noticed "Holidays in United States" was not checked, so I checked it.  Now my calendar shows only the holidays and no event.  I tried unchecking it, but it won't let me.

  When I left calendar and reopen it opens with all my events and then quickly returns to vacation in the United States calendar and I see nothing else.

  There is no list on the left side.   I am running with the latest version of El Capitan.

  Where exactly did you check "vacation in the United States? There is a choice of the user in calendar > Preferences... > general > "see holiday calendar the" selection.

  In order to view the list, select Calendar > view > 'Show calendar list.'

  It may also be useful to select/Disable-choose "show all the events of the day."

  

• Cannot receive mail from Holiday Inn

  I get emails from confirmation of Holiday Inn.  Even if I transfer their e-mail from a different e-mail address, I don't get them in iCloud.  It made me mad this morning and I did SEVERAL tests.  Finally, I did send to my work account and received immediately.  I have sent it to/from various accounts and finally narrowed down to iCloud does not block email.  It is not in the junk and I tried alias and no email confirmation of the Holiday Inn I try directly or transfer of several other accounts isn't my iCloud account.

  What happens in the world?  Which makes me wonder what the other emails can be blocked by iCloud, because I KNOW that they are blocked and does not through.  Any idea where/how to check for this yet?

  This has been a long-standing problem with Apple, that is, their methods of strict filtering.  See this thread for some references, and there are also some interesting reading on the internet - links Re: Spam Silent - No. non-delivery report to the sender filtering / no. Notification to the recipient / Option not to release email blocked / sender whitelist request support Document No.

  More you can do is to contact Apple Support and have them whitelist the address for you or move on to a more reliable/robust messaging service.

  Subscribe to a calendar.

  I use Photos to make a schedule, and when I import two calendars of Mac, I can't play well together.  By example, if I add the national holiday calendar to a personal calendar already selected for the import, national holidays replacement a date personal when the two entries in conflict.  Users are allowed to several elements to show on a given date (I can add an article manually; and if I have two elements in a personal calendar, they both matter very well).  Does not seem serious if I import successively or simultaneously, the holidays always seem to prevail on personal items.  I am proud of my country, but want to avoid adding those who back in manually (and avoid having to check everything so closely).

  There is no way to have both separate schedules added and share a date.  Tell Apple what missing features you want restored or new features added in Photos via https://www.apple.com/feedback/photos.html.

  You could create a new calendar with personal anniversaries and holidays.  I think that would be the case with the exception of those holidays that might change the date to when if fell, which is Memorial Day for one.

  I think that I am faced with the new application Photos in Yosemite, including the difference between deleting the albums and moments, but I have a question... for now!

  I carefully created an album of favorite photos of recent vacation with your family... about 500 5 000 photos spread over several "moments."

  The question is how can I now remove all photos of holidays across all the moments that are NOT in my favorite album, thus permanently remove them and leaving behind my market segments?

  If you delete the rest of one of the Moments you will permanently remove them of the library. Is that what you wan't? If so, try this:

  Let's say that your album is named 'Favorites selected.

  1 create a smart album with the criteria "Album is not selected favorites:

  

  In this smart album will be all the photos in the library that are not in your selected favorites album.

  2 - Select the photos in the smart album and use the command + Option + Delete keyboard shortcut to move the pictures in the recently deleted album.

  3 - go to the recently deleted album (option to the menufile ➙ show recently deleted ) and complete the removal of the pictures inside.

  

  Remember, it will permanently delete all photos that are not in your selected favorites album so be very sure this is what you want before you continue.  Unless you have a backup of the library, he cannot Ωtre annulΘe.

  There is an 'Australian Holidays' calendar displayed on my iPhone calendar app. He won't let me not unsubscribe from him, I can't stop the dates on it send me reminders, notifications and I can't remove it.   Don't know if it works in iOS 7 stating your profile you use, but you launch the calendar app, press display calendars, then press on change, then type on Australian holidays and then go to the Notifications > event alerts > Off?
