I got a new "BOLD" of the telephone operator, updated the companion link, update of Desktop Manager and removed some unnecessary files from Companion Link. The problem is probably related to the "BOLD".

  • HP Pavilion HPE h8 - 1260t CTO: stuck at the screen with the words "Press ESC for Boot Menu" on the bottom

I unplugged the graphics card to clean dust. After that I connected everything again, he stuck to the blue screen with the words "Press ESC for Boot Menu" on the bottom. If I press ESC at the beginning, it will go to a black screen and it will show the basic information of the computer (information about the processor and memory). It also show this black screen, "Press ESC for Boot Menu" on the bottom and it will show "Start menu" in the lower right corner. • Run the report to PL/SQL with the branch to another page

I have an application which, at various times, I run a PL/SQL procedure to perform an action, and then we must run a report while also navigating away from the current page. The actions are performed on a button click.

I tried several methods, but for the life of me cannot get the system to do the two things (ie. run the report and the direction to another page). I tried to put in page 0 (to be executed after the treatment on the click of a button) a branch with a request line to print the report, followed by a branch to the other page (also to run after the treatment on the button click) - and only the branch page 0 runs in fact. Also tried a branch to the other page only, with the print in the request parameter request - but only runs the report, do not create a branch to the other page.

I also tried to put the call to run the report in the PL/SQL code, using utl_http.start_request (url), but that came with a "Bad Request" error. Also tried to use the owa_util.redirect_url call, but also no chance.

I'm pulling my hair out at this time, especially because I am under pressure to get the system in very short time.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    You can run queries report of their URL (f? p = & APP_ID.: 0: & SESSION.: PRINT_REPORT =)

So one approach would be to
The button click, call a JS function which

  • 1 use the Ondemand/recall process in order to perform the processing workflow (file selection box)
  • 2 open the report in a popup (from your IR page)
  • 3 redirect leaves the IR page to another page?
    ------
    Another approach:
  • 1. IR report submits the page
  • 2. in the PLSQL block, you do the treatment
  • 3. the branch redirects to a URL that would point to the report URL.
    OR
  • 3. do you have a JS onload which runs only when demand is demand for BUTTON and opens a page that points to the report.
    ------

Still another way is to use htp.p in PLSQL block which made the treatment of workflow
    So your code PLSQL

    BEGIN
      --Do the workflow processing here
      --End workflow processing
      htp.p('');
    END;

  • Fill in the form with the information to another form

I have 2 forms.  I want to automatically fill the second form with the information of the first shape.  How could I get this?  I tried to import the xml data in the first shape in the second form, and nothing happened.  All fields of the second form have the same name as the corresponding fields on the first form.  I don't know what else I'm missing / need to do.

    Any help is very appreciated!

    Thank you

    Rose.

Data can be imported into another form, but if it is not based on the same structure or schema (having the same name is not enough), then you can map incoming data to the fields on your form (this is called binding). In the dataview tab, you can create a new data connection (use the sample xml option) and your data structure is displayed in the palette. Then simply drag and drop each data node on the ground where the data should go. An icon will appear next to the data node to indicate that it is linked. Now, when you import the product data knows where you want the mapped data.

You can also see where each field of the form is bound by highlighting the classified and clicking on the link tab.

  • Possible to ignore certain datagrid cells when navigating with the keyboard?

    Hello

I have some data entry forms based on a datagrid control.  Users typically use the keyboard navigation (tab, enter, etc.) when you fill in the data in the cells.  According to various criteria, some cells may not need to be filled.   I don't competely disable them... just make them ignored in the navigation to the default keyboard.

In other words, I want to make these fields 'disabled' with a silver background (no problem here) and I want to that they be ignored when navigating by keyboard.  However, I want them to be able to enter data into these fields if they specifically click on it with the mouse (essentially a substitution).

Make sense?  This sounds like a requirement unusual and potentially difficult to implement.  Hoping someone here can tell me how it's going to be easy

Any suggestions it if possible and maybe some tips?

    Thank you!

For the regular DG, you are supposed to call preventDefault on ITEM_EDIT_BEGINNING and editedItemPosition to a new position of the cell.  I think that works for ADG, but I could be wrong.

  • PDF form: fill in the field with the value of another field

    Hello

I have a PDF form that one of our employees has to be completed on a regular basis.

There is a 'product' - text field, which is present on the form several times, which will contain the same information.

From now on, my colleague has fill all these these one by one manually. But with the copy - paste, it doesn't take more than a few seconds.

However, to facilitate work a little, I want to it to be able to simply fill out one of the fields (can be a specific, must not be dynamic) and all the other 'product' - fields automatically takes the value of the field of this first.

    How can I accomplish this?

I noted the possibility of JavaScript controls.

I am familiar with basic JavaScript, however never used it for PDF files.

Any help and pointers would be appreciated.

    Thank you very much.

This isn't a problem with script. Just give each field of the same name. Once the field names are the same, a change in one will be to another. For some reason that it does not work with standard HTML forms, probably the reason why you ask.

  • MAKE A PICTURE CONSISTENT WITH THE OUTLINE OF ANOTHER IMAGE

I have PS CS2. Is it possible with CS2 to create this kind of effect:

    burlap displacement image.jpg

I understand that, with later versions of the PS, this is done with what is called a displacement map, but all of the tutorials I found were with CS5 or later.

    Hi James,

It's been a while but check your menu Filter - filter > distortion > dispersion.  According to me, he was there prior to CS2.

If so, you should be able to follow the tutorial cs5.

A displacement map is just a file in grayscale with the contours and the texture of the object represented as grayscale.  As long as you have the filter dispersion, you should be fine.

    I hope this helps.

  • Filter a column with the value of another

Hello. Hope someone can help with this... On my search page, I want to use the value of the first list/drop-down menu to filter the values of the second list/menu. I use PHP and DW 8.0.2.

Example: The first column has each of the 50 States. second column has 3 000 counties. If a user selects New Jersey, I want to just 21 NJ counties to appear as options in the second menu downwards rather than 3 000 counties.

First Recordset works very well for the States. But in my second recordset, I say 'select distinct County of the said County WHERE AS var1'... and var1 is $recordset1 [County]. But the 2 column is empty. How can I actively pass the value of the first column in the second while the user is still on the same page?

    Sandman

    >>
Assuming that your table has a field named "State":
«select County of States WHERE state = "var1""
    >>

You can use this solution when the first menu page 1 and the second menu on page 2 (IE passing the value of a query on page 2), but as assumingly, you need to have this functionality within a single page, basic need based on a javascript solution 'drop-down menus of dynamic load' to load the menu2 - options "in situs.

There is an extension for Dreamweaver stand alone for this on the site of Tecnorama , that also wants to work without the relationships between the tables, in other words, with the data in a table, which matches your scenario.

  • Problem with the 2.0 (1.0) Spry menu bar re - CSS

    Hello:

I'm having some trouble with a Spry (horizontal) 2.0 (1.0) menu bar I created.  Initially, I thought the problem was in what concerns the problems of rendering on IE 6.0, but the problem seems to be more general than that, and I came to believe that this has to do with the CSS created by the browser Widget and changed once imported in the Web page.  That's why I chose to post my question here rather than on the spry page.

I leaned on the tutorial provided by David Powers (Bayside.css) and in addition any other documentation regarding the Spry UI bar menu.  The problem appeared as one of the 6 IE rendered page with a gap that is created when the menus appear, so push down the divs that appear below the page.

However, through a laborious process of trial and error, my problem now seems to be that when I export the CSS generated by the browser widget to an external style sheet (the style sheet General governing the whole of the site), he comes into conflict with other CSS styles for links etc.  The end result is that all the padding, background colors, background images, and colors of text are lost.  As long as the CSS is in the head that this does not happen.

My thought is that this must have to do with the problems of specificity, inheritance, etc.

The site is available at the following ADDRESS: http://www.aclco.org/testing/index.html.  In its current form, all the CSS associated with the menu bar is located at the head of each page.  (see CSS below).

My question is I can set up a separate style sheet for the menu bar horizontally and have these styles applied specifically (and only) in the menu bar my only alternative is to work through the rest of the General style sheet and the work by problems of specificity/inheritance - that may be the "best" practice , but it may create another 'cascading' [sic] problems elsewhere.

Advice or suggestions or directed readings (which would point to a solution) that could be offered would be greatly appreciated.

    Steve Webster

The horizontal CSS governing the menu bar is as follows: (currently the following CSS is embedded in the web page's head)

    < style type = "text/css" >

    / * - Start styles horizontal Spry Menu Widget 2.0 (1.0) menu bar-* /.

    / * BeginOAWidget_Instance_2141544: #MenuBar * /.
/ * Values for skinning a basic through presets menu. If the default settings are not sufficient, most count should be done in
These rules, except for the images used to down or to the right pointing arrows, located in the SpryMenuBasic.css file

They take the following classes of widget for layout of menu (located in a "Preset")
. MenuBar - applies to all menu bars - default is a horizontal bar, all submenus are vertical - level 2 subs and beyond are drop down to the right.
. MenuBarVertical - vertical main bar; All submenus are drop down to the right.

You can also pass in extra classnames to set your desired top-level menu bar layout. Normally, they are defined by using a predefined setting.
They apply only to the horizontal menu bars:
MenuBarLeftShrink - the menu bar will be horizontally "shrinkwrapped" be just big enough to hold his items and left-aligned
MenuBarRightShrink - as MenuBarLeftShrink, but right-aligned
MenuBarFixedLeft - set to a specified width defined in rule "." MenuBarFixedLeft', and left-aligned.
MenuBarFixedCentered - Fixed to a specified width defined in rule "." MenuBarFixedCentered',.
and centered in its parent container.
MenuBarFullwidth - expands to fill the width of the parent container.

In general, all the rules specified in this file are prefixed by #MenuBar so that they don't apply to instances of the widget inserted along
with the rules. This allows use of multiple MenuBarBasic widgets on the same page with different layouts. Due to limitations in IE6.
There are a few rules where this was not possible. These rules are so noted in the comments.

    * So we put first the multiple class rule. IE6 wrongly apply this rule.  We follow this with the single class rule that it would be
    * replace by mistake, by ensuring that the specificity of IE6 interpreted as is the same as the unique class selector, so the latter wins.
    * We then create a copy of the rule of multiple class, adding a "." SpryIsIE6' in the context of the class and to ensure that the specificity

    * If you decide you do not need IE6 support, you can get rid of these, as well as the inclusion of the SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js script.
    * The 'SpryIsIE6' class is placed on the HTML element by the script in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js if the browser is Internet Explorer 6. This avoids the need of IE conditional comments to these rules.

    Hello Steve

I am trying to imitate a piece of equipment.  I need the user to be able to click on the specific buttons that have the user to another or screens.  After viewing these screens that will be the user to the main screen where the user which buttons were pressed and which still needed to be pressed.  I create buttons image with the 3 States - who has worked except when the user returns to that slide is reset to zero, and if the user does not see the 3rd State of the button.  How can I get this 3rd State of stay after the user returns to the main screen?

You can not 'keep' a State, that's what I said in my first answer: "you can create an image with that look of '3' State, make it invisible and show it with the same action when a button is triggered. You will need to insert extra that third picture, first hide it out and make it visible to the advanced action, which I explained. I called this additional 'Done_one' image in the example. The three States you're talking about are in a totally different way to Captivate: for down, more and up-state. You can just tell Captivate to keep a low State, it will be down when the button is pressed. Where my explanation of an additional image.

No need for all the variables. Looks like you have a lot to learn about variables and advanced actions. I don't see another easy way to achieve what you want. It is not so difficult, tons of examples on my blog.
