How and where can I make suggestions for the improvement of the Microsoft Apps?

For a simple example, soft finance watch updates inventory up-to-date Live Tile below updates of time.  It's very confusing on a quick glance.  It could be easily modified so that the update of market is the first and largest and the timestamp is smaller and lower.  Or something like this.

And for example in the weather app, why does the temperature of the Live tile match hourly temperature?  Even at the same time?

Application weather I see your point, but it's like Weather.com or all weather service: every hour is planned well in advance and will generally be the actual conditions that come to pass.

But anyway, your feedback is great - send - the in this way:
  1. Open the app
  2. Charms bar *, choose settings, then your comments and complete the form.
* Bar charms can be opened by hitting on any fly in the right edge (touch screen), or by pointing to the right of the screen with your mouse pointer.  If you like the keyboard, you can also press Windows + C.
