as you know, nn SCCM, I need to download drivers for VM E1000 or VMxnet 2/3. but, where can I download them?

I like to use WinSCP.  You can connect your ESXi host and browse directory, I pointed out and copy the Windows.ISO file on your local client structure.  From there, you can use a tool to mount the ISO and extract the .inf or .cab files files you need.

That said, you can consult the directory shown above as well.  You can find what you are looking for without having to download an ISO

Finally, you can always connect to the console of guests, mount the installer of VMware (VM - reviews - Install/Upgrade Tools) tools from there, do not install the tools, but rather to open copy and the virtual CD/DVD drive and paste the folders and files on a network share.  This will also give you the content of ISO located on the ESXi host.

I hope this helps.
