  Thank you led.  I managed to find another staff member of Benedict who helped erase the activation crashed computers CS3.  He crashed twice in the past two years, and I guess that the two installs exhausted my limit of 2 use even though it was really on the same computer.  In any case everything is ok now but thanks for your help too Nelson

  2. Can you please explain more when you say, 'Narrator is unstable '?
  3. You did it no particular change in the computer before the show?

  As the Narrator is characteristic of the operating system, you are unable to uninstall/reinstall it. However, you can disable/enable it. We will try the methods below and check if the problem still persists.

  Method 1: Turn off and turn on the Narrator.

  Step 1: Turn off Narrator

  1. To open Narrator, click on the Start button , then, in the search box, type Narrator. In the list of results, click Narrator.

  2. Click control whether Narrator starts when I connect.

  3. Clear the turn on Narrator and turn on Audio Description check boxes and click apply.

  4. Restart computer and activate the Narrator.

  Step 2: Turn on Narrator

  1. To open Narrator, click on the Start button , then, in the search box, type Narrator. In the list of results, click Narrator.

  2. Select the checkbox Start Narrator minimized .

  The next time that you start the Narrator, he will appear as an icon in the taskbar instead of being open on your screen. To restore the Narrator to his full size dialog box, click Narrator in the taskbar.

  Method 2: If the Narrator is still unstable, run the System File Checker tool.

  System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to find corruptions in Windows system files and restore the damaged files.

  You can use Lightroom or Photoshop on two computers using a single license.
